YUP
S14 got new Blade overfenders, and doors, and I took out the RB25. I have a 2JZ block and head in the car, from a totaled GS300. Going to get the measurements correct before I fabricate some mounts, then booooooost time. Wheels should come shortly after some more exterior parts come. # Tom Diablo : @MadMech: How about a genuine AE86? Dex and I could import you one from Japan. Might sound a bit cold but I would have mowed over that damn squirrel than risking my life for an animal. If it would be a deer or a moose it would be a different story, tho. Well i would do that if im not a animal lover. a 86 is a good choice, but should i go supercharger? or NA? i was thinking of getting a RX7 FD or a FC, but sure im down with the 86 Added 6 minutes later: i feel the FC is more of my choice, plus i havent touched a rotary yet with my dudes, it'll be worthwhile but time will tell. going a different route with my S13 coupe. I'm feeling old school 16's so I went out and bought a pair of Hoshinos and MK1's, wrapped in AD08's. 16x9 all around. Love the 90's vibe.

Hi again! For those who haven't seen my earlier posts, I live in Japan & I'm a part of Flewcrew aka Flting drifters "squad" (is that the word youngsters use nowadays?). I had a red S14, which I still have but can't use. I own a small garage & it is our crew's hangout point where are also modify our cars.
I recently got a Honda CRX. For free. It has 1.6 L D16A6 engine, however I have no idea how many horses it'd put out as it's a total banger with 460 000 kilos on the speedo. There's a "myth" that this exact car came out of the factory with 108hp. Exterior looks, filthy. A lot small & big rust spots, colour's lacquer has been torn off in few spots & as the CRX sat in the bushes under a tree for 2 years, it has some wild marks on it. Probably from trees. Almost one quarter of the car has been swapped from other CRX parts, that explains the trunk door & rear bumper. Someone has nicked indicators too. When I rolled the Honda into my garage, my mates couldn't resist laughing. But it was free, yolo. We replaced front brakes, changed brake fluids, fixed the muffler & added "custom" tow hook. We somehow got this toaster registered again & now we have very clean & legitimate plates on it. What will I do with this car? I think I'll do something funny with the stance & add VTEC! I don't care about the CRX very much as I got it for totally free. Added 1 hour 23 minutes later: (( 2 days later )) Yo again. We starting restoring the CRX. Washing it gave much better look, but there was still rust & few damage spots. After a lot hours we got all the body soft (not literally soft) & nice, but it needed a new paintjob. We took the car to local mod garage where they do painting & such. I left my Honda to them, here are last 2 pictures I got. This post was edited by Coprone (2015-11-03 19:21, ago) |

SC300 MINI UPDATE:
Currently doing rust repairs. Taking care of the rust in the rear left wheelarch for example. I just cut it out and now its on to fit the new healthy piece of replacement metal. Will be sure to have an update up soon along with some footage of this weekends drift day at Derpi Hill. Was there with the allmighty Cuntpact! |

Thanks conkaa! can't wait to see where you take that S13. Looks promising.
Some update on my other cars. Mark II is straight again, and will be my daily. S197 got some love in the form of boost and new wheels. CXRacing hooked me up with a twin turbo kit developed for the 5.0 Coyote V8, and I was more than glad to try it out on my car. twin 70mm ball bearing turbos, full FMIC and intake piping. Haven't gotten the time to tune it on the dyno so I'm not going to push the boost up very high. Running 8 psi right now, will have numbers once I hit the dyno sometime later this week. |

Hai thereh!
Finally repair most of the rust on the lexus. Im not sure if there is any on the framerails or such things since I have not taken a better look underneath. However the spots that bugged me the most are repaired. I called in some help from a buddy just because time wasnt in our favor. He has helped me with various other cars, My miata, the cuntpact, the 320i missile me and him are sharing.(which is getting worked on when time allows it.) The lexus looks like a turd atm because of all the filler we used once the new replacement metal was welded in to place. Hopefully picking up some paint to make it look somewhat presentable. While it was getting worked on I also changed the timingbelt, fluids and various filters. I did one final thing to it aswell. Been wanting to do it for a while and it is to scrap the current exhaust and fab 3' catback exhaust along with a pair of Remus mufflers for it. So this was done and I gotta say it did a big difference! The old one was leaking like a bagle and was quite restrictive. What has been done? - Rust repaired - Timingbelt replacement - Fluids changed - Filters changed - Catback exhaust fabricated All in all it turned out good! Did a little driftday at Derpi Hill the past weekend with the Cuntpact. Nothing broke which I would consider progress! Went through the last set of tires I had so gonna go to the local tyreshop and see if they got some used tyres for me! Had a blast while I was there and made sure to get some pictures aswell! Looks clean right now but hopefully not for long |

Hey, Parker! You can pick up your stuff at 266 President Ave. My garage is located there. My Honda V6 also arrived and now I am busy fabricating motor mounts for the new engine. Also need to hook up all the other stuff. Good thing the engine came with wiring harness and ECU. |

@2jzcookie, nice to see the Lexus patched up. Should come take it out for a rip, I'll bring out my daily and let's risk our dailies together
Installed a set of all red tails and bricks on the S13, so if anyone wants my stock S13 tails and projectors, let me know. Also put in the new control arms, for more steering lock. Runs about 50 degrees right now, pretty happy considering the power level as of right now, but I'll probably dial more in later once I stop driving like a dumb fuck. |

So, I got my new Supra part's installed fairly quickly as the kit from Ryo contained everything I needed. Also as a little bonus, a mint Toyota T-Shirt!
The engine doesn't run yet, I still need to wire everything up and lock everything in place, the dyno you see below was before the engine was pulled out of the previous car and sold to me. The kit contained... Fully built 2JZ Full Body kit (Wing, Hood, and Quarters from my own shop) T-Shirt and a note from Ryo It cost a pretty penny but you tell me, was it worth it? Mind you this car isn't quite done yet. It still needs; -Paint -New running gear all around -Rims/Tires -A few other small things. Speaking of paint, anybody want to come over to my garage and help me paint this thing? I have a cool colour in mind... |

Another small update, fitted my go to rear break upgrade - Z32 tt rears, once again k-sport coils and few other bits n bobs with maching r17 as in front instead of stock rims
that steering lock is not enough next update will definitely be some sort of aftermarket front suspension or something from getho fab series. |

Ended up repainting the S14 over the last few days, couldn't stand the purple chassis Going with some OEM aero for now..
Also, I'm keeping the 3.2L stroked 2JZ for a different project. I went with a tamer 1JZ-GTE this time, sourced from a JZX100 Chaser missile. I refreshed the motor, fabbed up some mounts, and currently installing goodies to make it run in the 14. |
