I don't need 10K, I've got a twin turbo charged 6.2L that revs to 7K on custom internals. My exhaust is literally not even connected, it's disconnected from the header, straight noise.

So i picked up a Hardtop, used rear fenders in rattle can black and new rims.
Also got a new engine but i need to figure out how to drop it in since i don't think anyone has dropped a 4age into a Miata. (Lets all pretend it isn't sitting in the floor) Im also gonna get some new rims for the Legacy since im afraid of curbing the LM20s. |

@Smurf, I was thinking about going supercharged blacktop 20v 4A in my Miata when the NA8C blows up. Let me know how it goes.
Well anyway after the Kanagawa meet I decided to refresh up the RPS13. Not much to show right now, but this; Put the 18's from my RX7 to see how they fit, since my new wheels are 18 inchers, and Uras Type 4 front bumper, skirts, and an Origin Lab rear bumper have arrived. Motor is refreshed as well, with a bigger Holset HX40 twin scroll on a custom high mount manifold. Mishimoto radiator and intercooler, bigger Deustchwerks 1000cc injectors and a bigger HKS intake manifold. This post was edited by marcus915 (2015-08-22 15:22, ago) |

My GT-R BCNR33 Build Thread
Old posts: *LINK* - R33, Supra, and Pontiac G8 spec sheets *LINK* - shop's R33 GTS 2JZ drift car *LINK* - old S14 retrospective and some R33 pics (OOC Note: Engine pictures are sub-optimal. The new RB26 mod isn't done yet; I'll take new engine bay shots once it's all imported. Also, all license plate numbers / vehicle history is fictitious, of course.) Here's the story of how I came into possession of my pride and joy, my R33 GT-R. I'm putting everything under spoilers, because this is a really, really long post. If you want to know what I've done to the car recently, skip to Part 5. PART 1: ORIGIN OF THE CAR (2012)
PART 2: THE "MOSTLY STOCK" PERIOD (2012)
PART 3: FRESH PAINT (2012-2013)
PART 4: 900 WHP - THE PROTOTYPE ERA (2013-2014)
PART 5: RECENT DEVELOPMENTS (2014-PRESENT) Updated spec sheet: As an update, the cars I have (OOC: in this RP, of course) are now: - Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (BCNR33, 1996) - Toyota Supra Turbo (JZA80, 1997) Cars I have owned: - Honda Accord EX Coupe (CD7, 1995) - Nissan 240SX, RB26 swap (S14a, 1997) - Pontiac G8 Sedan, LS7 swap (VE, 2009) The shop also owns: - Nissan Skyline GTS25t, 2JZ swap (ECR33, 1994) This post was edited by Harrison15 (2016-02-24 23:56, ago) |

so i picked up this vr6 swapped golf cl its in pretty bad shape body wise as there is a lot of covered rust the paint is obviously bad and needs alot of work there and the engine has a top end tapping sound i will have to look into and really bad breaks in the end it will be a long working project
so hopefully i can order some new breaks maybe some more suspension stuff when i strip the car down to remove the rust |

that is a really mint R33 Harrison. Your posts inspire me to go into more depth with RP'ing hahaha
My RX-7 can finally sit on it's own wheels again because the wheels I bought for my RPS13 have arrived. (idk what happened to the brakes) Weds Kranze Cerberus II's, in 18x10 spec with a -12 offset. Gives my car more of a 90's D1 vibe, and they look absolutely fantastic. Also here's a shot of the refreshed SR. Currently breaking it in on a low boost tune, 8 psi, making 400 whp. The new HX40 T4 turbo is a huge improvement over a stock T28 turbo; the throttle response is almost N/A like and the powerband is a lot wider, making it a little easier on the clutch since I don't have to kick it as much. |

@ dxg1997 : That was a G8 V6 that I bought as a parts car, when I was thinking about doing a wagon conversion. The G8 GXP/LS7 went to (basically somebody I made up).
(You could be the new owner of the G8 GXP, though. I'll send you the specs if you want it.) |

You know - I might be willing to take a look at that, now, if you still have it. I've got a lot of garage space free, now that I'm back down to two cars again.
Plus, the LHD swap only cost me the price of a replacement RHD dashboard to put into the GTS, plus some labor on both cars. I've got some decent cash now. |

I don't think I can swing the cash for a big V8, other then my AMG. I only got the AMG, the Stang and the V6 s10 (I'll post pics of that when I get around to it.) Oh, and Harrison, I messaged you a little ways back about modifying a few things for your SN95 stang.

It's an MY2011 car? That seems to suggest it's an LHD converted Commodore wagon (probably an SSV Special Edition), but that's not a problem - in fact, since it has the LS3 and the manual transmission, that's even better.
I'll take it, with whichever set of rims is less valuable to you between the Work Euroline set and the HSV set, and with the HSV front end removed and the factory front end instead. (You can leave the front of the car stripped and just ship me the parts; I don't mind putting it back together.) For that, I'll give you $40k (USD); most manual G8 GXPs go for about $33k these days, so that seems reasonable to me. |

Okay so after measuring the 4AGE its way too tall for the Miata, so i decided to sell it and order some new parts, and im just going to go all out drift car on it.
But for now i got new rims for the Legacy since i was afraid someone would steal the LM20, and well they made it look more like a show car or weekend cruiser rather then a daily but these Ratiforms look fucking great on it. So my uncle (the one that owned the garage where i stored my 240 and beetle) is super into muscle car and everything american(I'll upload a pic of his '32 next time), and of course he's in a car club and one of his buddies was selling his old truck, and well im an idiot. So this is the new weekend warrior, It's apache (a '59 i remember correctly) with a Chrysler 400 swapped in. It isn't fast or really even quick but its sounds great and is fun as fuck to cruise around in. I might rebuild the engine and throw bigger tires on the back for some drag fun or some shit. |

@harrison well technically any sports wagon would be converted as they never released a g8 sportswagon
back on topic yeah ill take 40k.Ill put it in the workshop tonight and change the rims. ill get my mate to give the front end a quick paint before putting it on. Added 7 minutes later: oh the hood for the g8 is the carbon vented hood and its painted red Added 27 minutes later: so this happened last night while doing the wagon for harrison This post was edited by stonedmonster (2015-08-25 11:52, ago) |

You could try for a later model Eclipse or something.
So i've been gone for a little bit and few things have happened. I tore down the S14 for a rebuild. The SR20 is gone, sat aside in my shop for another project eventually, and I'm currently building a 2JZ. Stock crank, no stroker here, and a Powerhouse Racing ported and polished cylinder head with a Greddy manifold, on a 90mm throttle body. More parts are coming and I'll keep updating this build. A few days later, I lent my S13 coupe to a friend who told me he wanted to experience driving a RWD car up in the Nanohanadai hills. Knowing him well enough I handed him the keys, and I received a call from him the next morning, telling me he crashed my car bad and he was in the hospital. I went to go check out the crash. The car had ended up going off the top of the road and took a tumble down the side of the mountain before spearing itself on a pole. My friend was lucky to make it out of the car alive, thank god I installed the cage a few weeks before. I guess my journey with this S13 coupe ends here; the frame is cracked, the rear subframe is tweaked from where it smacked the ground after getting speared into the pole. I might sell this car if someone wants this piece of metal or parts off it. Wheels are still good, motor is kind of good, everything else is..yeah. Now that I have additional garage space, and the money that my friend paid back for the cost of the car, I had some extra money to play with, so I decided to travel to Japan and buy one of my dream cars since, forever. I ended up with this: Its a 1999 Nissan Silvia S15 Spec-S, in a factory shade of Pewter, with 80,985 km's on it. It's a Grade 4 auction, so it's really clean inside and out. The guy who owned it before me daily'ed this car so it gets its regular maintenance done, and it drives very well. Exterior mods are simply Spec R badging (whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy) and Spec R side skirts. The car runs a full set of HKS Hipermax III coilovers, but they're well used now and probably need replacing soon. The motor is a mostly stock SR20DE, but it's straight piped to an Apexi N1 2.5 inch tip. It's a beauty of a car and I'm going to enjoy this car as much as I can before I tear into it. |

Nice find on the S15. If you're interested in a Vertex kit still in box for an S15, I'll hook you up. It's been laying around my shop since I never did put it on my old S15. Never really fell for that car, but if you like the Vertex kit I can give it to you for a good price. It's the non widebody one, front & rear bumper + sideskirts. $1400?

not sure if i want to run a kit just yet, but i'll keep that offer in mind! im leaning more towards BN Sports eventually, but yeah. I have a lot of other work to do before I get to that.
A buddy of mine hooked me up with a set of never before used D-Max LED tailights. I've always wanted these. Makes me proud to rep these because Masashi Yokoi is my idol. I also slapped on a few stickers I had lying around, and replaced the stock AC vents with HKS gauges. I want to start drifting this thing at grassroots events so I'll probably need to get a hydro e brake setup done up. Definitely going to prioritize getting this thing up and running 100% before I start messing with things. |

In case anyone was wondering, the Sileighty has been at vStanced garage, getting a paint job, and new suspension. I haven't had time to work on it, so I sent it off. V6 and all. OH! And I bought a V6 supercharger. I got it off a wrecked Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. and since they have the 3.8 V6, its basically a bolt on. I have no clue if the hood will fit, but who cares? This car is being slapped together at an alarming rate. I'm going to pick up the car from vStanced tonight. I hope you guys like the color, because I shelled out a pretty penny for it. I asked for a metallic blue, and black TE37's, so this thing is gonna look BEAST, but not gonna drift her. As I said, this is gonna be a show car.
