@Marcus915 doing some quality work to it! I'd go for a sil80 frontend but that's just my opinion.
@JdmSly BRUUUUH! That thing is dope. Love a big fat sedan going sidewayz! Project MX5: The Revival
Been a minute since the last update. Main reason was because I was waiting for some parts for the miata. Mainly some HKS cams but some other goodies aswell. Well I went to a driftevent this last weekend and had my friend with me to snag some photos of the turd going sidewayz! Had a great time while I was there. The car felt decent. With decent I mean good even with how underpowered it is. Its not a smoke machine but I can definately make it work out there! I really need some drift wheels though... Only have these Watanabe's and some steelies. Now its off to the garage to install the new parts! I will keep u updated along the way. I may strip it make sure everything is fine. Possibly strip the engine to look for any excessive wear. Its coming up on 250k miles so it's time for that! |

Got the Skyline up and running. Bought a whole NA setup from Haku. Also bought new crankshaft and connection rod. Got around to lowering the front end and priming all the body parts for paint.
Seeing all these 240s really makes me want to get one. If anyone of you guys are selling or no of anyone selling one let me know. |

Hey guys got some stuff that i over nighted! And some minor things that i got and have done
So last night i was street drifting with my friends and i made a few mistakes hear and there so in turn my front and rear bumper are really messed up so i ordered an orgin front and rear bumper. They're were no side skirts in stock, so those will come soon also last knight during the run some guy offered me a trade for my work euros for a set of te37s with concave rears and stock fronts i gladly took the offer because the wheels i had were really heavy and well i like te37s :DDD but i have to wait for a set of ghetto rears so i dont have to ruin the te37s so if you have any not used cheap 19's let me know ill gladly take them off your hands and lastly a custom wing i bought off a guy for 200$ going to mount it tonight and i will mount the bumpers. Also do any of you know when the next drift event is? i heard it was in a couple of days i sure hope so! Maybe ill see some of you there? :DDDD |

*Joining S14 bandwagon*
I had to get rid of the 86 sadly, so im left without a personal car at the moment so I'm using my shops project promo S14 for my personal car It mainly has asthetics as it is at the moment with some suspension work too. Engine wise its running a VVTi 1JZ-gte swap thats not in the greatest of conditions and is stock apart from a HKS intercooler. Intrior is clean as fuck too which is good but seriously needs paint but that isn't really able to happen untill I get another car, so for now its only going to be light work on it. Heres what she looks like: |

I got the engine + tranny from marcus and got it in the S13. Fits pretty good but I had to cut up my front bumper to make space for the intercooler.
@zexeffect: You can come to my shop for your exhaust. Learned some tricks from a friend who died in a car accident. It's Predator Tuning Garage, 427 Washington Avenue, South Valo. I'll park my R32 outside so you can find me. |

@Tom, glad to see my SR20 is in good hands
Put in a lot of work with my now Sileighty. Factory S13 hood and bumper in, and got a Type X replica rear bumper on. Going to get Origin Lab skirts to complete the look. Test fit my AG Forged F110s since I have those sitting around after I swapped them for the Rotiforms on my RX-7, so I'll roll on those for now. And also, pics of my S14. Nice SR20DET setup under the hood, basic T28 setup with a Blitz intercooler. Lots of work happening to it, but till my S13 is drivable, this will be my daily. So, I went digging, and I found some pics of my first "serious" car. I had owned a couple of other cars before this, but this was the only one I seriously built to any real extent. This was also my first RB-series project: nothing super ambitious, just a single-turbo RB26 swap with the engine out of an R32, using a single-turbo setup. This car put out about 450HP at the crank - just over 380WHP - which was definitely enough for me at the time. The license plate was off of my Accord Coupe, the very first car I owned. (NOTE: The license plate is fictitious, even if it's not as obviously fake as the others. Don't go looking for it. )
Car was an original 1996 240SX S14, in Nissan "Ultra Red" (AJ4). I ran the KA24DE until I got tired of having no top-end power; back then, the only visual mod I had was the JDM Kouki wing. At the time when I swapped the engine, I also converted it to RHD because of peer pressure, and to plumb the RB swap more easily; that ended up being a good long-term decision, considering how the R33 worked out. In the car's final form, it had a Chargespeed replica front bumper since I broke the Vertex replica bumper displayed in the pics; that isn't shown, though. In the end, I parted this car out; the chassis went to a guy who went for a much milder SR20DET swap, and who very carefully undid my amateurish hack-job on the rear fenders, while the engine went into a Z32. I miss it, but the R33 is a more interesting car overall... even if the S14 was better on gas and was less of a nightmare to control. Added 16 minutes later: Wow, those pictures made me nostalgic. Just for fun, I went and tracked down the same warehouse somewhere in Phoenix where I took those pictures, to take some more pics with the R33... It was basically the same when I came back. So I decided to take some pictures of the R33 in the same place and in similar lighting. I'd be lying if I didn't say that, while building the R33, I didn't take some inspiration from my earlier S14 build; or, conversely, if I didn't say I had some part of the eventual R33 project in mind while building the S14. (OOC note: I actually did use an S14 to build the engine and design the chassis setup that ended up in the R33 eventually. That was the old PDM-Team S14; that was one of my favorite SLRR cars for a long time, and my early S-Tuner S14 was one of my favorite builds on S-Tuner; and being able to recreate those in higher definition with Remco's mod has been awesome.) I've been using public transport to get around for a while now, simply because up until recently I didnt have enough money to buy a decent first car. Last week tho, I got my monthly paycheck, and noticed I finally had enough to buy a N/A S14 that had been for sale for a couple of weeks already. So I went to check it out, a deal was made, and for just 3000 Dollar I was the owner of a N/A Zenki S14 Silvia.
The previous owner already did some work, which included a Kakimoto Racing Muffler, Greddy Type-S Coilovers and a Deep Dish Steering Wheel. There also was some rust on the rearleft wheelwell, that he already bogged and primered over, tho it has yet to be repainted, this is one of the first things on my list to do. |

Hey guys! i 'm going to show you my first project car!
This is it, my '97 N/A Supra... bought it for 40k, it was a little expensive 'cause there was a lot of turbo supras for that money... but look! it's on mint condition! and it's a manual! It's a joy to ride even weighting 1700kg, but it lacks power... only 225hp for all rhat weight... so i decided to make it faster but yet comfortable to be a daily driver... |

So I broke down and bought an SR20DET swapped S13 today. The previous owner was turning it into a drift car but ran out of funds.
Haven't had the car too long, but of course I took it to a parking lot and got to hoon around for a little bit and take some pictures of it. |

Okay, 2 thing, my life changed since last day;
First, I crashed my Ká, really hard, I'm glad to be alive, anyways, don't want to talk about it now... So, another thing happend... A uncle who...well, I don't even know that he exist, left me a really, really big heritage, for me and my father and my aunt (my uncle don't have sons, or wife, anything). Well, now I have a big money running, so, I think I should ''follow my dream''. I'm going to buy a new garage, and have more time for my cars, and to make what I really love on my life. That's it, wait for good news guys! |

Been fairly inactive as I haven't been working on my own builds for a while. I traded my 370Z for a cheap daily & plenty of cash back which was nice, so I've just been saving money not working on my own builds, which is a shame since the drift car is just hanging out, the R32 needs emissions testing, the S13.4 has got out to an autocross, and the RS4 hasn't been mentioned in a month and is basically just a shop car now. Buying a new car isn't very smart since half my cars don't get seat time anymore. I'm thinking of overhauling the S13.4 and taking out the 13B as it's just very limiting and starting to run a little strange. Anyone interested in an S4 13B with an S5 turbo setup on it? Basically all stock components. Makes about 220HP on a medium boost setting, I wouldn't turn it up anymore though... $1200 and it's yours, I'm either going SR (but I'm not a fan of the SR and how weak it is, so I'd buy an already built bottom end), RB series, or good old LS1/LS3. I should have some picks of my new daily up some time soon, just been lazy.

Part 2: The Rebuild
So, I heard back from Jun, after sending them a video of me drifting the Levin, and they agreed to help me build up the Supra. They sent me the parts to do the rebuild, but I needed a block first. So, I went and picked mine up from the shop I sent it to to be cleaned up. Then I installed the crank they sent me, along with conrods and pistons. Then went in the all new aluminum oil pan. Then the ported head, with its own custom made cams. Then the ignition went in Head cover, daul Garrett turbos, intake Air intake pipes, and intercooler test fitted Took the front of the car apart to make sure I had room to fit the engine in without destroying the body. I powerwashed it, so it looked decently clean TRD clutch and lightweight flywheel went onto the crank Followed shortly by the 6 speed manual transmission Oil pump, various pulleys, cam belt, and test fitted condenser for the A/C. (gotta be comfortable while drifting right? xD) Radiator, HKS BOV, and Apexi air filters went on Took the radiator, intercooler, and trans cooler off, and put the engine into the car, and installed the oil cooler Installed and hooked up the fuel rail and injectors. Their Bosch 1000cc pumpers, so their pretty beast Turbo downpipes went onto the stock exhaust with no real issue to speak of. This post was edited by dxg1997 (2015-07-24 04:14, ago) |

So guys, after a hard line of work, I finally got into my relationship and bought a house with the fiance, I also had to sell the Cressi due to too much insurance payments on it, and decided to get a more average car, bought this Skyline off a young guy who wanted to start another build. he hasn't done anything to the car besides install some coilovers. Which is a Plus for me. I decided to stay in Japan and book my Fiance a ticket to come over after I have sold the Cressida. I have big plans for this car. Enjoy. (Shit quality as always) :l

(Shit quality as always) :l Ooh!, a GTR!. Do me a favour and look at the chassis code under the bonnet/hood behind the engine. A proper C110 Skyline GTR had only 197 produced before production ended due to low sales. Many people have tried to replicate the GTR using the Datsun, but the chassis code always proves them wrong. If it is the proper GTR, please cherish it well!, you don't come across a proper C110 GTRs anywhere, and I advise you, if its the real deal, cut down on the aftermarket parts, For every part that isnt standard, youre losing value for when you sell it again. Id say its very rare for a GTR to come with its original engine though. People go mental swapping it out for a modern RB26DET. |

Found a S14, so I finally have a personal car. Its been thrashed and used for drifting so it needs work but for whats left on it its not too bad. The magor parts that are miss are just panels, motors there and runs alright its a RB swap but that will be going out of it for a SR20 to go back in. Also didn't come with wheels so I took some wheels I had at my shop to throw on! They look alright I may not keep them on but for now they will stay!
First up is getting the missing panels/body parts on it! I was super lucky that there was no gaurds on the front and super wide gaurds on the back or else my wheels wouldn't have fitted in the gaurds. |

Went to the tire shop for some new tires today, my original plan was to only get some new tires, but turns out the employee that helped me was a nissan-fan, and he said that they had a set of 17" Tenzo R RS5 lying around, with some scrathes on it. He also said that I could have them for cheap because they needed to get them out, because they needed the room for new tires. so for a price of 500 bucks, my car has a new set of wheels. I also went to the alignmentshop, to get it all properly aligned, and also to get the ridiculous rear camber sorted out. This is how it looks now:
