the game doesnt read the sound, it has a some sort of external player(i dont remember its name now) commanded by ingame buttons

Miles Sound System? That might not be it, but a lot of games use it.

Also - are you talking about something like a shaking subwoofer, or a vibrating exhaust tip? I think you could make the exhausts vibrate a little (like in Juiced 1), but I don't know about the subwoofer.
