Hello there
I'm new to SLRR so I couldn't solve those problems myself, would appreciate if anyone wouldn't mind explaining it to me or helping me. The first one is, that I modded my 2.2.1MWM to Live Edition 2 MWM for the main reason that nearly none of the engines I find to download wherever are compatible with 2.2.1MWM. But I don't really get comfortable with that version of the game and some cars don't work with it. So I wanted to ask if there's a way to convert those engines from LE3MWM to 2.2.2MWM. I would love to use more engines on 2.2.1MWM. The other problem would be that I experienced a problem with suspensions. It's nothing big but it annoys me. It happens on every car and with every suspension. The right suspension, in the front aswell as in the back have a more negative camber at same adjustments. Screen shows the gsm adjustable suspension from the Rabbit Mk I mod, shocks from the MrSir suspension pack and the Bilstein adjustable springs from stock MWM. Would love to be able to fix that. Greetings and thanks to y'all |

1) The suspension problem you are seeing is because many modders (including myself) often forget to fix the CFGs for the rear suspension. Look for these lines in the car CFGs: (Back them up before making any changes.)
;feltengely vege a kasznin: slot -0.259 -0.471 1.340 0.000 0.000 0.000 543 ;control arm a kasznin: slot -0.496 -0.600 1.065 0.000 0.000 0.000 553 ;R axle a kasznin: slot 0.000 -0.415 1.403 0.000 0.000 0.000 563(There will be two of these - one for the rear left wheel, and one for the rear right wheel.) Try adjusting the third coordinate in each set - this will adjust your suspension positions. 2) Try using these tools and these lists: LE catalog SuperIDs, MWM catalog SuperIDs. |
