My game usually works well- Or.. it's SLRR, it never works propperly but u get it. I saw the "new" BMW E92, and had to try it.. downloaded it, and put's the "name"_data and the "name".rpk in to the racers folder and the partshit into the partshit to.
But now what. I try to start the game, the intro starts and everything look's fine, (I hit ESC until the menu shows everytime) and when the menu is suppose to show, the game crashes and gives me and errormessage says; Invictus Street Legal 2 has stoped working. Then I try to remove the BMW E92 car files and the part files, and then the game starts and everything is fine again. I even tried just installing the carparts and not til parts, but same shit everytime. Kinda annoying. My errorlog is empty so not much help to get from that thingy. So, any of you got an idea??

Try deleting other cars. 1 or 2 should be enough

i know the bug is there i can't locate it yet
 i have very little time but ill try to find what is causing it and ill try to fix it ASAP for now you can only hope someone else will find the bug and fix it before i do.

If it would help, I can give it my standard rescripting treatment and see if that fixes the problem. (I've had to rescript over 30 cars in order to get them to work with my installation, and because of it, I have 80-90 cars in it currently without any noticeable problems.)

# E-Bullet : Try deleting other cars. 1 or 2 should be enough I have already tried that, I started by deleting/removing like 2-3 cars, but when that wasn't wokrking I deleted every car in-game, but still same problem! # Jesus Christ : i know the bug is there i can't locate it yet Well.. # Jesus Christ : feel free!While I'm at it, I started working on some E92 335i / standard fenders for another project. Could you give me the material settings for the car's paint so that I could add those to the M3? (I could also do a 335i-badged trunk, too, if you want.) Also, it'll probably take me a while to get around to doing this. To give you an idea of how little I actually play SLRR these days, I still haven't actually tried the E92 in game yet, even though it's been out for quite a while. (I also still need to try several other cars, including Franco's Bora - inexplicably, since everyone and their dog has taken pics of it already.) |
