Hey, Harrison. I have two ideas about the R33:

S1 front bumper without the center bar (easy) (ignore that purp grille - it's Max's renderer bug)

Rear spoiler in Bee-R style (which attaches to stock GTR spoiler) (I've already made that model from some Forza spoiler, but it needs tweaking)

# Sam C : Its probably not really needed. More of an accessory for a SLRR MOD

Wasted spark is used as a cheaper form of ignition system. Usually when the coil-packs die, which is pretty common on Rb20 engines haha. It can be placed anywhere in the engine bay really and makes it alot easier to change spark plugs. Apart from this it doesn't provide any performance gains.

So probably not really needed in your mod it would just be a cool accessory.
Yeah, I can do that, I think. It'd probably have to be adjustable to work, since I don't know that it would fit in the engine bay all of the time otherwise, but, yeah.

Already did the thing with the S1 front bumper; it's even exported, but I don't know if the SCX ended up in the mod yet.

Thanks for the Bee-R style spoiler - I've been wanting to make that, but haven't found the time to do so yet! I'll definitely include that if you send me the file.

It'd be easier, if you'd do it as animated part (or rigged, as Mitch is), but it is even possible to connect two parts like this?

OK, I'll tweak it a bit (or a bit more) and I'll send you it.

Nope. One of the fundamental drawbacks of the game is that it's not possible to access the animation system in ways that Invictus never hard-coded into the game engine.

(If that weren't the case, we could practically have features like poseable mechanics working on your car, and flag models at the start of some races, or something. Plus, like... custom drivers done a lot more easily.)

Does this fix the bug of the supercharger driving belt being invisible outside of the garage? Just curious because this has been so annoying about the old version.

I don't think so. But that can be fixed by editing the CFGs. Just delete or comment out (with #'s) the lower LOD renders in the CFG.

Not so bad idea, but uh, you are probably only one out there that really want everything connected to some Focus in SLRR.

But, if it'd go for generic i4 pack, then - I'm in it.

You can consider rescripting Toretto's SR20 by making it more realistic and adding for it more aftermarket parts.

Over 9000%. (Ask a silly question, get a silly answer.)

In all seriousness, it's probably about 60% done if I'm going to be doing a lot of the stuff I wanted to, but if I had to release it as-is in a few days then it's 85% done.

So - don't expect it soon, but maybe early 2016?

Hey Harry. If you're going to update a Mustang S197, I have some suggestions:

V6 version
Some stock wheels: *LINK* (If you don't want to model them, you can convert them from Driver San Francisco and TDU)
Cervini's body kits: *LINK* *LINK* *LINK*
That tail lights: *LINK*
Tinted stock tail lights: *LINK*
Stock brakes
Fender flares like that: *LINK*

All nice stuff; but I'm going to update the SN95 (and remake the Foxbody, and make the SN95 1995) before I update the S197. I'll keep all of this in mind, though!

The wheels might happen soon-ish - I am making a pack of all of the Mustang wheels and brakes, so I'll see if I can include those.

RB26 V-Cam, still work in progress.

EDIT: Looked at some reference pics; this looks really incorrect. Going to start over on that.

RB25DET-NEO in Automatic transmission configuration, just in case if you're doing a RB25.

Some details inside head cover.

And RB26DET/DETT:

RB26DETT-Z2 for R34:

Tell me if you don't see the picture, I'll transfer them to my VStanced album.

Added 12 minutes later:

And more for RB20.

Thanks, that helps a lot!

I'm going to try to make this igniter thing correctly, by the way (at the back of the spark covers):

I've found a nice pic of nice GT500, so I though I'll put it here, since many of you were posting pics of cars here too :P

But let's put jokes aside - it's really nice front bumper, doesn't it?

Is that a GT500, or just a GT with a wide body kit? o_0 Grille looks like a GT500, but the hood is a GT.

Either way, I agree; I'm going to make a wide body kit of some sort for the S197 2013, and that's a nice design for the bumper.

Anyone have some good pics of a disassembled RB20E / RB30S / RB30E single cam cylinder head? Also, an RB24S / RB30S carburetor intake? (I'd like to do both a stock single carb for the SOHC engine only, and a Weber / Mikuni triple carb setup for both SOHC and DOHC.)
