# Robustock : It will has stickerable windows like S14 or DC5 mod?
It already does. You can see them in Marco's screenshots of the mod from a while back. It doesn't have sticker-able headlights, and I'm not planning on doing them, though.

# Supremen96 : Lookin' great. Can you tell us which things haven't been done yet?
As the saying goes, "how long is a piece of rope?" :P

This is the stuff I hope to have done before I call the mod 'done':
- Rest of the Nismo 400R kit (over fenders, side skirts, front lip, N1 hood lip for GT-R hoods)
- Rest of the Juiced 2 kits I haven't finished (Bomex / Varis side skirts and rear bumpers, and several rear wings)
- Border GT-R front bumper / revised Trial GTS front bumper
- A couple of other assorted kits and parts that wouldn't be too hard
- LHD chassis
- Some interior fixes, in particular to under where the stock rear seats go
- Roll cages (full race style, Cusco street style, and an intermediate one, probably)
- GTS S1 basic style front bumper (I think I have the Type M one in right now)
- GTS S2 sedan style indicators
- GTS S1 and S2 sedan style headlights
- A couple more (stock and custom) front grilles
- Strut tower bars?
- LED tail lights, maybe in a few different styles

If I get the sedan working (which is hopefully eventually going to happen), I'm going to try to have these things included:
- Sedan version, with both GTS and GT-R versions
- A couple of kits for sedan; at least PS Duce style side skirts and rear bumper

This is the set of "maybe" items:
- A new RB26/RB25 mod based off of TimEK9's and the NRT parts (most likely item out of this list)
- Fully removable interior
- GT-R LM version (will have its own chassis probably, although the kit might work on the regular coupe)
- Kakimoto GTS widebody (I'm going to ask S-Tuner Guy for the models)
- Option Magazine demo car wagon body style, maybe

Mostly, it depends on how much of a rush I am to call the R33 done, or how quickly I might get sick of it. But, I am really unlikely to get sick of working on the R33 any time soon. ;)

Worst case scenario, if demand for the sedan version is really high but I can't get it working properly, I am probably going to start on my next project in parallel with the R33. (Hint: it's another car that would use the RB26, and one where finding a sedan model is less difficult.)

Phantom made a R33 sedan, so how about contacting with him? Link to his thread
Also, the "maybe" items you can add as "DLC" after releasing the mod.

Phantom made that model because i asked him to make it for Harry, but seems like Harry's too lazy to fit it(thus his "If I get the sedan working").

I didn't know. I thought Harry was going to include sedan modelled by himself.

Yeah, basically. I asked him if he'd adjust some things for me or else send me some lower LOD versions, but I haven't heard back from him, so it looks like I'm probably going to have to do that by myself.

I'm really not that keen on doing "DLC" any more; it seems like people only ever download the first version of a mod, and then complain about things being missing or broken.

Oh, apologies! It's there, indeed; I forgot that I had sent the request already, and I didn't check my mail after you sent it. I'll be working on getting it in-game ASAP, if it's there.

Thank you again!

I'm impressed with your work with that, as usual! I'm probably going to have to import the kit in pieces, and massage the parts to fit, but it'll get in the game soon. (This one should be easier than the LM kit has been, because the kit itself is closer to stock.)

RB26 head cover, work in progress. I'm fixing up TimEK9's with some information from the NRT version, to make an overall more accurate head-cover.

If this engine comes out, then expect, at the minimum, an HKS V-Cam setup and an Ignition Projects aftermarket spark plug system.

Woosh, is it gonna same size as "NRT" one? Cuz Tim's one was pretty huge in scale.

I'm going to make it 90-95% the size of Tim's. (The NRT one is actually even a little bigger than that, at around 96.5%, according to the calculations I had to do to get the stock twin turbo kit lined up for Tim's model.)

Like the NRT one, and like real life, I'm going to rotate the intake side up 8.42 degrees; but unlike the NRT one, I'm going to actually fix the transmission and oil pan so that it's more obviously "meant" to be at that angle.

Some progress:
RB26 head cover adjustments. Added a couple of bolts to the timing cover, and adjusted the valve cover (with new bolts cut out, and with the "bumps" extending forward more).

Also started the RB25 cover, but so far, only the RB25 NEO timing cover is done.

For me, the NRT version looked smaller than the original ingame when I tried the NRT versionĀ“s block with the originalĀ“s cylinder head.

It is smaller - about 96.5 percent of the size of TimEK9's, as I just said in my last post.

(I said that the NRT version was a little bit bigger than I'm planning to make mine, not that it's bigger than Tim's.)

Pretty close, yeah! Not exactly what I was thinking of, but those pics definitely all help! Especially that one Ey papa posted, with the RB25 cover next to part of an RB26 cover. The pics of the RB25 NEO cover thing are great too; I've been looking for those too.

But how's with aftermarket parts? Are you going to stay with Oxman's ones? If yes, are you going to do replacement twin turbos?
And will it be released with R33 or separately?

The design by the looks are similar to a mixture between a 2JZ (manifold being bent over the cylinder head), A Ford V8 engine (manifold being bent with a 90 degree angle with a similar style with what makes me think of a throttle body) and a V6-V8 (that cover panel gives that impression because it sits quite high and only cover the front part) when looking at this picture in particular.

# stonedmonster : are you going to do the non turbo and turbo intake manifold for the rb25?
Hopefully, yes. The N/A and turbo manifolds actually look mostly the same, to be honest, except that the RB25DE NEO non-turbo intake has that split intake thing.
# Supremen96 : Really like it! :D

I'm doing my own scripts for this engine entirely. I may "consult" Oxman99's performance parts, with his permission, but all of the engine scripts will be my own work for the most part. There will be more than one turbo kit of each type available (stock DET, stock DETT, a couple aftermarket single turbo setups, and an aftermarket twin turbo setup).

It will be released with the R33, plus maybe another project of mine that's currently in the planning stages.

It's very similar to a 2JZ-GE N/A intake. I mostly don't know what you're talking about with all of the other stuff. :confused2:

# drftfein1nz : harrison how easy wud it b to make a 20det or 20det set up on ur 25 tht u r makin??
I'm actually making a set of RB20 camshaft covers before I make the RB25 ones, since the RB20 ones are flat. And there are already RB20 performance parts scripted. So, not hard at all. ;)

Took a look at that already. It's not even the full cover, it's just part of the plastic cover over the RB25DET NEO headcover - not the headcover itself, but a partial intake cover.

I'll be hoping to make something like that, yes, but I probably won't use the ER34 model as anything more than a minor reference.

Its probably not really needed. More of an accessory for a SLRR MOD

Wasted spark is used as a cheaper form of ignition system. Usually when the coil-packs die, which is pretty common on Rb20 engines haha. It can be placed anywhere in the engine bay really and makes it alot easier to change spark plugs. Apart from this it doesn't provide any performance gains.

So probably not really needed in your mod it would just be a cool accessory.
