"It's a Top Secret" I was searching for some used body kit for the Supra, since I really wanted to give it a new fresh look. I found a guy who listed his genuine Top Secret Bumper / Skirt / Diffuser combo for V$ 2500, but it was painted black and had some major dents and scratches. Anyway, I brought those to the garage and tried fitting to my Supra. Unfortunately it didn't have any sort of brackets or even holes to install the license plate, so I just placed it on the dashboard. (Cops probably won't understand) The side skirts also had some serious scratches, but the condition itself was okay. The Top Secret Diffusers were also installed, but this luckily didn't show damages on the outside, but some deep scratches on the bottom. Probably the previous owner scraped the hell out of it. Now the guts. Ward sent me this sweet VVT-i covers for V$ 600. It will probably take a long time to save money for the engine build. Now I have to get Top Secret hood, left headlight, side mirrors and the wing for the full effect. - V$ 2500 (Top Secret) - V$ 600 (Head Cover) + V$ 400 (11000RPM Mentions) + V$ 100 (R33 Wheels) Total V$ 1695 |

To be honest, the Alfa wheels didn't do much work as I thought, so I traded those with Advan Oni wheels. It gave me some 90's feeling. Also, I took the old Chuki side skirts and the rear valances in my storage and installed it. - V$ 175 (Opposite Style Goods) Total V$ 1520 |

# Lagano : R33 wheels on your 180 instantly reminded me of this I remember that Banana S13 It was a really clean build. # Jfernando1 : If I get any Nissan, it'll be sporting the R33 wheels purchased off Soju. Fitting those on IS200 actually look clean as well. # Sleepin mOnkey : nice wheels you are realy digin the clean style. Thank you! The paintjob is finally done! I took Supra for drive today, and gosh the car felt really great. It feels much better on the uphill than the S13. The upgraded brakes and the new tires did their job really well on the downhill. I parked the car to the local parking lot and took some photos using a drone. Actually drone cams are really useful these days! |

When The VTEC Kicks In I think it's a good time to introduce some cars here in Korea. Maintaining those Japanese cars are relatively easier, since parts are easy to find, and most of 90s Korean automobile parts are somewhat compatible. Well, this is June's Civic EG6. He has been driving this Civic for about 5 years and did quite a lot of stuff inside. He took out the B engine and swapped it into K20 with individual throttle body setup, giving a sweet sound. Also, the Civic has its famous Enkei 92s on the rear, and the Mugen M7 wheels on the front. He's using it as a daily and he's been satisfied with the car's overall performance. He's keeping most of the exterior parts stock, because it's hard to find the exterior parts, which can be replaced only by importing. Yeah, I just want to tell you that there are plenty of EG, EK and even EJ Civics roaming around Korea |

Thank you guys. I have been doing some tinkering to my Supra. The twin-turbo setup was quite a blaze on the engine, so I had to upgrade the cooling system. Greddy oil cooler, Greddy transmission cooler, and ARC radiator was installed. I could get those about V$ 1500 because the parts were used, but in fairly good condition. People won't notice it until I pop the hood I also installed the Defi gauge that I ordered a week ago. I probably will set the boost to 0.7 bar because the main engine components (block, piston, conrod, cylinder head, etc...) are fairly stock, and I don't want the whole 2JZ to blow up. Talking about the cooling system, I could only find the left portion of the headlight intake, so I cut the lights and drilled the hole by myself. It was a pain in the ass (dat polishing, painting, bolting and sealing), but the result does worth it. Also I printed out this nice 'Peaches' sticker for my builds. Why not stickers? - V$ 1500 (Cooling Sys.) + V$ 400 (JF1 RP Mention) Total V$ 760 |

Chuseok! Ahh, the Thanksgiving. Korean thanksgiving holiday was just around the corner, so I had to pick my 180 up and head straight to see my parents on the countryside of Yangpyeong. It doesn't really take that long (it's actually like 70 kilometers) but the traffic congestion was waaaay worse than I expected. It took like 4 hours to arrive at the destination, and the 180's hard suspension was a literal pain in the ass. Glad that I didn't took the stock seats out. I cannot imagine myself stuck in the bucket seat for plenty of hours. Yikes. Actually I couldn't resist drinking a lot of soda while driving. Also I smoke but never done that inside my cars. NEVER. Talking about the 240SX steering wheel, yes it has buttons and stuff, but it doesn't work at all because the previous owner didn't consider the electrical stuff. Yes, it's just a dummy button with letters for now. But the stock radio still works like a charm! Cassette tape deck on 2017! I always carry the cam drone whenever I go, and it quickly became my no.2 hobby. Taking photos from the unreachable height actually makes it better. My dad will probably like this gadget. Most Korean people aren't that familiar with pop-up headlights. Not a single model had these cool features. Well Kia Elan isn't technically a Korean car, and it costed approx V$ 30000 back in the 90s. Anyway, whenever I pop the lights and people just look at my car with strange, weird eyes. So classic. So, what is "night potatoes"? It's a Korean drift team that Mr. Lee is currently in charge. He owns several Genesis Coupes which are used for Korean drift sessions and festivals. He's a nice guy and we know each other with 11000rpm, helping us getting the garage. You've probably noticed that the garage has the same name Anyways, daily driving a lowered JDM car is somewhat difficult here, but it does worth it. |
