When i do a paint job and i press load button, it put me the car in a gray color.

Did you make sure to change the file extensions back from .jpg to .1, .2, etc.?
To be sure, follow THIS tutorial to make sure they're showing up properly. If the file names are correct, then your SLRR is probably running out of memory. Sadly, there's nothing you can do there except use smaller textures. |

No idea, then :? As long as that wasn't named .jpg when you tried to load it, that should absolutely work.
