Hey, some of those wheels might look nice if you throw some chamfer onto the edges of the transitions between the front and sides of the spokes. (You'd probably have to detach the smoothing groups to do that if you've welded them, as well as remove some edges so that everything is quads instead of tri's, but there's a way to do it for sure.)

I believe I did something like that on one of my rims, but it was pain in ass - you know - FM models are very unlikely to work with.
Which ones are you talking about?

I was thinking you could try it on the Lingenfelter rims, but I mean, they look fine.

Also, those Motegi wheels look awesome. I want to throw those on a Supra or S2000.

FM2 models are so messy, that I'd faster scratch that rim by myself :P And thanks!

Nope, one is deep dish and one isn't :p

(Oh, wait, you mean Silvia and 240SX wheels. Not exactly; the S13 has at least 3 different rim styles, and the S14 has one of the same styles as the RPS13 Type-X, and one of the same styles as the R33 GTS, except narrower.

Also, the Forza models from the Silvia PS13 and the 240SX RMS13 are bound to be different, even if they're models of the same rim.)

The deep dish versions look a little bit like 3-piece OZ Opera wheels.

Left one is from FM4 Silvia S13. Right one is 240SX S13. Left one is better model-wise, right one is more accurate.

It's funny, because the right one have almost 2000 polies less than the left one.

The right one looks proportioned better, and it looks like it might use fewer polies because it's less "wavy" in places and I bet it wastes fewer polygons.

this is the right one right?

Because that's the one I meant.
The other one looks just a bit too jaggy in some places imo.

"S13 Chuki rim"? (Chuki = 1991-1994; the Zenki is the "Pignose" from 1989 to 1990, and the Kouki is the Japan-only Type X from 1995 to 1998, of course.)

"240SX SE rim"? The non-SE's in the US might have had different wheels, but I'm not sure.

Either way, they're definitely not anything with any official name. They might have been made by Rays or BBS or who-knows, but they're probably Nissan-made wheels that, at best, might have a part number.

(Interestingly, I think I heard that R34 GTR stock wheels were made by BBS.)

Basicly its facelift stuff
Chuki translates to ??
Zenki translates to before (basicly earliest of that generation)
Kuoki translates to after (somewhat changed usualy cosmeticly but still same generation)
Best example would be s14 silvia theres alot of cosmetic changes between kuoki and zenki but mechanicly they are the same i believe

Oh, it's just like that? Well, thanks :)

And, 中期 (chuki) stands for Medium term as Google Translate says.

It is not quite like that as far as i know

Zen-Ki "he/it who's good/gentle/kind"(literally translated in "good/gentle/kind spirit")
Kou-Ki "he/it who's aggressive/bad"(literally translated in "aggressive/bad spirit")

But then yeah, in a pratical way commonly Zenki is the "v1" and Kouki the "v2"(or v3)

I have no clue about Chu-Ki though, i'll search because i'm curious. :P

I'd be pretty sure that the zenki "early term" / chuki "middle term" / kouki "late term" explanation is more correct; sites in Japanese refer to zenki and kouki AE86's and lots of other cars. I think the "gentle / aggressive" thing is a backwards-formed explanation based on the S14 only (although it is definitely an interesting thing).

Okay, "teardrops" was probably the explanation needed there. (The US '89-'90 pignose S13s came with those too.) There isn't a Forza model for those, but there are models available, because I've seen some teardrops in some screenshots.

Have a look at rx7 and actually, as you named, to ae's, zenki verisons have a less aggressive look than kouki ones. :P
