# Phonexius : its not funny if you are blindfolded and once u get on the plane they put ear plugs in and you fly and you don't know where xD I got kidnapped haha^ What do you mean "not funny", surprises are cool! By the way, as Skip mentioned that we have 2 cars to buy you're probably wondering how will we buy them if we barely had enough money for the plane tickets. Well, there's one thing that we haven't told you about: my R32 has been sold! I put it on sale a long time ago cause i didn't really know what to do with it and we were getting broke too. It's sad to see a Skyline go but at least it got us a fair amount of V$! I bought a spare front and rear bumper from yngsensei and also colour matched them, i had to take them with me somehow! They barely fit in the car, and i had to put one front seat in the Golf. These bumpers will come in handy for the new owner cause you can't find these parts anywhere in the USA. See you soon when we arrive! This post was edited by Lagano (2017-05-21 21:10, ago) |

The real trip updateWell, we left you wondering for a while, now it's time to reveal where we are. It was Skip's choice and we all agreed with it, not the best place for car guys but it's still interesting in a different way. We're in Ireland, more precisely Galway which is Skip's hometown. I know that the cars are not so interesting as in Japan or USA, but the car scene is! There will be many meets and cruises soon so that's why we're here, you'll find out more about that in later updates. Before we arrived we already found 2 cars to buy as you already know, and here's one of them. It's a BMW 325i with an M bodykit and interior, in my opinion it's too similar to an M3. However it has an M3 rear bumper so it looks strange with only one exhaust pipe. But it will be fixed soon because Skip's cousin fabricates exhausts, and we're at his place at the moment so it should be done in no time. The second car that we had in mind was an Altezza which is quite popular in Ireland, but Skip's cousin has one anyway so he said we can borrow it when we'll need it. That's it for now, our BMW will get some mods so it will turn some heads at the upcoming meets. |

Last week we did some small changes to our E46, first we got this front lip. It's not much but we're keeping the costs low on this E46 cause we have it only for this trip.
Skip's cousin did a really good job with this exhaust, now it really looks like an M3. A welded diff was a must-have too cause it's a common thing on RWD cars here, so he did that with no problems. In the afternoon we went for a cruise outside of town on some nice country roads, Skip's cousin joined us with his Altezza. His exhaust makes it sound pretty loud, but loud is his lifestyle. Nonetheless it sounds great, same goes for our BMW! There's not much traffic on these roads so we took that chance and had a small drift session. Me and Phonexius jumped out and went each on one side of the corner to check if there are any cars coming. 2 were drifting and the rest were watching for other cars and taking photos. We changed roles from time to time so each one of us had a go. The E46 drifted like a dream with the welded diff, just like the Altezza! There was an empty junction nearby so we did some donuts, or diffing like it's called in Ireland. Around 2 hours later it started to rain so we slowly headed back. We could pull off even longer drifts in the rain but that would be too dangerous on the road. I'm happy that there wasn't any police around This drift session was like a practice for this weekend's meeting, there will be a lot of drifting and diffing! |

Hey guys.
We had a lot of fun last month, the first meet was on 11th June which is 3Style's birthday so we let him shred some tires with our E46 for the whole day. There were some more meets until the end of June, some of them were not really legit so we had to watch out for cops. I mean, they probably wouldn't like to see a bunch of cars diffing in the middle of the road. On 27th June we went to Dublin to visit a friend of mine (from Slovenia), he was there on a vacation for his birthday so i just had to see him. Since Dublin is all the way to the east of Ireland, we got a bit closer to the UK and i thought "why not visit Mikingo too?" We know him cause he was in our team for some time, and we all wanted to check out how he's doing. Well now was the chance to see him again after a while, so we took a ferry to Liverpool and drove to Sunderland. We knew we got to the right place when we saw a FC RX7 and an Astra VXR in the driveway. Both rides are cool but needless to say, the VXR looked nothing special next to that RX7! It looks really clean and unique, Mikingo definitely knows how to achieve that look. Unfortunately Phonexius wasn't with us that day cause he had to go to Japan for his R33's engine. All in all we had a lot of fun for the whole June, but on the way back to Galway, everything went wrong. And i mean "everything". How did this happen? So 3Style and i were in the E46, we hit a pothole in the middle of a corner which made the rear end kick out a bit. The rear tires were pretty worn from all the diffing so it threw us in a drift all across the corner! I managed to keep control of the car but as i tried to straighten the car after the corner, the rear end slid to the right too much so the rear right wheel went in a ditch. Suddenly, we were upside down. The only good thing is that it happened not far away from Galway so at least towing didn't cost too much. Unfortunately we didn't fix much on the E46 because the crash left some consequences on me and 3Style too. I ended up with a broken wrist, and him with a twisted finger. So we had to go to the hospital to sort that out, Skip and his cousin were in the Altezza so we got there quickly. This is also the reason why we posted this so late. Really sorry for the lack of photos of all the meets, when the crash happened my window was open, the camera was in the back seat and it somehow fell right through the window!! We really had the worst luck. We looked around for the camera but it flew very far away, i guess. Now me and 3Style have pretty much recovered from the injuries so we'll start fixing up the E46 soon. This trip got way longer than we thought... Again sorry for no photos but here's a video so you'll know how those meets looked like. *LINK* |

BMW RepairsHey guys, Since you probably know that we got into an accident with our BMW, we decided to fix and then sell it to one of my cousins friends who was looking for a cheap driftcar. We sold it to him for V$2000 after fitting a rollcage, steelie, used front bumper and used headlight and tailights. We needed a new windshield too, Lagano found that for sale somewhere. Altogether they cost us V$550 from a scrapyard. Yes, the car does look a bit more shitty but we just needed it gone. We got alignment done at a nearby garage in the town too.
We're gonna be posting more often too

The start of a TransformationHey guys, Today is the day I start to evolve my 180SX into it's V2 form. It's gonna be a long process but it should be worth it imo I started to remove all the parts I wasn't gonna be using, they are for sale in the Used Parts classifieds Once my bodykit that I ordered arrives I will be sending the 180 off for paint. Update later on when something interesting happens |

The bodykit for Skip's 180 is here! After we installed it we took the 180 to the paint shop, hopefully we'll paint it in the next few days if we won't be too busy with our other cars. We ordered a new set of rims for it too but you'll see it after the respray.
Dat fitment tho #fitmentgang I'm sure you know this Zetto pretty well! I bought it from Phonexius just before our trip to Ireland. When i sold my R32 i wanted something different for a daily (and not RHD) but he gave me a really good offer so i bought it anyway. Well i have the Golf for a daily but it will go through some changes when we'll have time for it, so i just need something to drive around in for now. This 350Z will do the trick, and i love how it looks so i'm fine with it. I've been driving the mk2 a lot, the TDI is great for everyday use but it's not so much fun, and gas is cheap here anyway. It's not that spacious either so i'm going to change its purpose soon. We have way too much work for now so it will have to wait, i guess. We made some more space in the garage by moving the AE86 outside, Phonexius brought his R34 to be painted and assembled so parts will be all over the place. The 86 is on hold for now because of all the work we have, we still need some parts for it too. Yesterday we went to ASM Auto Upholstery in Dallas to pick up the R34's interior as Phonexius already said. The other parts have arrived as well, today we started painting it next to Skip's 180SX. I took the Z for a drive in the evening just to blow off some steam, it was a very busy day and there will be some more days like this!! |

^ Thanks man!
2 days ago we finished Phonexius's R34, it kept us busy for the whole last week but when you look at this beauty completed, you know it was all worth it. After days of hard work i couldn't wait to take it for a spin, especially because the R34 was always one of my dream cars, like for most of us here, probably. Well i used to have a R32 but it didn't have the mighty RB26 or the fame the 34 has. The day after assembling it i didn't even have to ask Phonexius to go for a drive, he just tossed me the keys but i kinda saw that coming. I had a blast, with 450HP it's really fun to drive and at the same time it's still easy to control and drive on the streets. And it's a pretty impressive amount of power for a stock engine! After assembling the R34 it was time for Skip's 180SX. Today we finished the respray and assembled some parts so we can bring it back to our garage. Skip chose a rather interesting colour and a nice matching livery, it really reminds me of 2000's drift cars in Japan. As we told you it got a new set of rims too, SSR Vienna Courage in the front and Work VS-KF in the rear, both 18x10" with Dunlop Direzzas. The sparkles looked so nice when we took the 180 out of the paint shop! It's only a few blocks away so we just pushed it to the garage, the interior and engine still have to be installed. While we were building the R34 i found a proper drag seat for the SC300. It's not the most comfortable seat but it's very lightweight, and that's what matters in drag racing. Also, as you've heard from Phonexius, Megure-san visited our garage to tune his R34's engine so he had some time to fiddle around with the 2JZ as well. It was already well tuned but he somehow managed to get some more power from it! After we dynoed it we did some adjustments to the suspension, so now it's ready for that drag race with Phonexius and Crazy 88 which was promised long ago. In other news, we bought a 240SX, but it's a bit different than the ones you usually see here. You'll find out more about it in the next update. |

So this is the 240 we told you about, we found it on a S-chassis forum. It used to have a LS1 but was for sale as a rolling chassis. And that was exactly what we were looking for!
The car's in good shape, it's only been sitting in the garage for a long time. Headlights are faded and it's all dusty, there are also some dents here and there but that's not a problem as long as the chassis is ok. Suspension and everything else is bone stock, i wonder how that worked with a LS. It even has complete interior, which is quite surprising for a rolling chassis! While we were looking on the forums we found some bare shells but this one had way more value for its money. And here's another S14 which came all the way from South Korea. This one is the reason for buying that rolling chassis. It's a Silvia, so technically it shouldn't even be here. However a S14 240SX is completely legal so we're going to swap the parts from the Silvia on that chassis. This S14 set us back for V$12500 and it's going to cost us even more. This means we had to put Skip's S13 on sale, you can see it in the used car section. One more thing arrived to our garage from Auto Saloon Magicke: A set of 18" Junction Produce Scara rims for the Chevelle, but before fitting them on the Chevy will get better suspension. Also we have a couple of 18" rims laying around so i'll probably sell the Ro_ja's soon. |

Last week we began swapping parts from the S14 Silvia to the 240SX and vice versa. First we took out the interior because Skip wanted to keep his S14 RHD, that means the 240 chassis needed some modifications before fitting on the RHD dashboard and steering rack. Now we could swap the LHD dash in the Silvia but we decided to keep it RHD as well cause it's a JDM car, after all. So we put the 240SX dash on sale and quickly got a deal, the buyer will install it in a S13. Before that we bought another JDM dashboard for the Silvia.
After the interior work was done we swapped the running gear and body parts. The Silvia still has the Navan bodykit cause Skip had another kit in mind for his S14. SR20 is also staying in it for now, so the Silvia is almost done! I only have to fit the headlights cause i cleaned them today, they were pretty faded. Now on to Skip's 240: The most noticeable thing is the 326Power bodykit which we got from the UK a few days ago. Other than this it looks just like the Silvia when it arrived. We'll see about the engine though, maybe we'll swap in the SR20 but we also have some other ideas. That's it for now, both S14s will probably get resprayed in the future, well both of them are black but there is a slight difference. |
