Sup forum! Sorry for a month of absence again, I was very busy preparing for an local gymkhana event held last week.
The gymkhana event was another good experience that could improve my driving skills apart from drifting. But that doesnt mean I quit drifting at all; Im going to return to drifting upcoming Autumn again, just like past years. You can ask Soju for the rest of gymkhana footage! After the gymkhana event, I tried different setup on E36. The ducktail trunk no longer exists! I traded the ducktail for a non-ducktail carbon trunk. Also I got my rear wing back to the street; I kinda won some kind of argument against Public Prosecutors' Office about running 'illegal' rear wing, showing them there are tons of ricers with much bigger wing than mine, then they finally accepted my wing to be installed. I removed rear diffuser aswell for different aero dynamic setup. I might need it again in near future to hold the car tighter, so lets see lmao And yea the indicator, some low-life prick stole left indicator so I instantly brought used one from near junkyard... Which led the car look like odd-eyed. I found the odd-eye pretty unique, isnt it? haha. S15 hasn't got any touches these days expect R34 rims that I borrowed from Soju. It will serve as another 'pretty much dailable' car till I save lots of buck thats going to be poured on a car. Later! ~Finances~ 4x finances=3860V$ Left blinker=15V$ Gymkhana stuffs=180V$ incl. entry fee, tollbooth fee, etcs. (fuck, gotta buy spare tyres again) 10652V$+3665V$=14317V$ This post was edited by 11000rpm (2019-03-24 17:05, ago) |

Glad to see you again my man!
I've seen some gymkhana events at Tsukuba, they have their own course and I've seen some events whenever I'm not racing in the main course. Must be a fun event, and quite useful for car control skills Also YAS THE LTW WING IS BACK! And uh, I kinda like the clear indicator lights, might blend with the entire setup better but eh, it's your car after all And S15 GANG YAAAAAAS Mine isn't running yet tho |

E36 is WONDERFULLY PIMPED!
And wEWEWEW, S15s and R34 stockies, simply a match made in heaven. I remember Marcus' S15 making me drool when it was on R34 stockies, and yours does too even with the mismatched panels haha |

Back from US, S15 makeover continues....
Umm yeah, so its been a very long while again since last S15 build threads. I've been away for an trip to US hosted by Benny (formely known as Phoenixeus) which was crazy trip overall. Guys during the trip (Lagano,AJ,Niatross,Bigsmoke,Macaron, and many many other dudes) were just like my close friends, and respectively very skilled in their own stuffs. it's a bit sad that we missed 'Final Bout', a drift matsuri due to flight schedules. But yea, scrap it and proceed to main course. Us guys already went to track day aswell. So my s15 has went through massive makeover as an racecar again! As you notified on previous thread, Early this year I ordered a full set of GP Sports G-Sonic aero for S15.. which fortunately arrived some days right before the US trip. Hopefully this masterpiece of 12k V$ won't break up easily under hard-driven hot lap sesh. And also, my crew is highly hoping to finish the car by October, still lots of work to be done. Next up, finally big wang! I was looking for a professional man to fabricate a legit GT wing since brought the S15, then I managed to hook up with a man who is able to fabricate any kind of wings. And some months later.. he built a super-duper carbon wing so-called 'Super GT custom' style by himself. I really dont know if its really inspired by Super GT racecars but yea, it rocks hard with a fee of 600V$! Then I installed whole new Tein mono sport coilover for 1800V$, along with strengthened tie rod set from same manufacturer for 220V$. (both incl. shipping fee). Now no more struggles from old, worn out cheap coilovers, haha. Old shock absorbers were leaking all around and not to mention no damping at all, especially at rear. I went full S E N D on brakes and rims. Full willwood brake kit for both front&rear for 4500V$, 6pot calipers at front, 4pot at rear. And the infamous Nakamura rims; Rays 57CR 18x9.5 for 1700V$!! Its going to produce maximum craziness, no doubt. But still, there are many things left- Powertrain and drivetrain. Most of the parts are on the way from overseas, so keep my thread focused! ~Finances~ Current V$=14317V$ 8x paychecks=7520V$ All of the parts bought=19120V$ 21837V$-19120V$=2717V$ (rip wallet) |

s15 ongoingHi again, me & the s15 project it not dead at all, it's slowly progressing. I mean... I post the progress not very often that's gonna make you doubt that I've quit the scene, but that's not! Before proceeding to post, I took my old Rays 57X just for photoshoots. S15 has went through another makeovers while I was away from the forum. The car is fully painted in purple which is the same color that i used to have on JZX. I also added an odd taste too - Two layered wing. This is basically putting lip wing + GT wing at the same place, haha. Sometimes we need to take a look at on odd details! My crew did a big job again in terms of car rigidity. They fabricated a roll cage to ensure my S15 is eligible for higher class track day events in country, whilst guaranteeing a rigid ride under control. Previous SR20 is freshly reborn! The engine is completely rebuilt to accomplish much higher power range, with most of older components replaced. Mainly Garrett GT3076R, HKS 264 cams, Greddy intake mani w/ better throttle body which leads to better spool-ups, 740cc injectors... lots of countless stuffs ongping. Not to mention stroked to 2.2l w/forged internals. I'm expecting at least 490+whp with current setup which is pretty insane on an lightweight chassis. Well yea, this is what past days' were like. See you later! ~Finances later~ |

summer minami vscationThanks for kind words as always, Im back from long absence again, this time internet from my garage went dead so I couldn't post anything for awhile. But there are always new stuffs to reveal as always My crew went on a vacation last month; A trip to Ebisu drift matsuri, with some of the hottest dudes around Vstanced. Firstly we took off a boat passes through Korea-Japan, with our own 'relatively' reliable vehicles to get to Japan safely. Soju took his sweet boatR33 GTR, whilst I brought Honda MSX125 just to trip&cruise around. [/img] That is used 14' MSX125 actually, ridden 18k kms by previous owner, stock 4-spd tranny, full service, very stock, all of the features for just 2000V$. It did its roles successfully without major problems such as oil leak, clutch dropping. But only one thing that is on my mind is...I'm feeling like to buy another bike with more cc... Me leading the convoy to the way to Ebisu, we enjoyed scenery around the road, not harassing on throttle. Traveling safely is the prior when it comes to overseas trip. The temperature of Japan is always hotter than in Korea tho... During the way to Ebisu, we decided to take a short break drinking beverages sitting in Soju's GT-R. A/C in Soju's GT-R was pretty cool for its age!! Anyways we stepped on the vehicle to make it an arrival then... We finally arrived at Ebisu after some more hours on the road. And guess what, here comes the main reason of drift matsuri! My JZX100 is back with fresh livery again. Performance wise adjusted aswell. The TD06 turbine was blown DURING end of 2018 Ebisu matsuri so my best supporter, Aho replaced it into TD06SH-25G w/ rebuild kit included. Aho helped overall fine-tuning of the car testing various kind of setups at Tsukuba during this Winter~Spring. Annnd... some forum friends located their garage in Japan helped various stuffs aswell! Special thanks to Kami-Sama(AJ,Niatross,Bigsmoke,Macaron) and R-style(Ren). I left pit lane as I made sure all of the temperatures are fine, means the car is warmed up and ready to run. Alot of dudes at the course said the car flew right away through infamous Minami jump that none of the camera guys captured the moment of it, Even Bigsmoke, one of the guys who saw it live. My JZX wouldn't reach that state if it weren't for Aho's consistent help onto his garage and my JZX. The front canard was really doing its job legitimately under drifting! I used to struggle from a blt of understeering past years of drifting, But now its all gone. It was pure madness along with Zestino/Valino tyres' crazy high grip. Not to mention Soju used his old S14 which belongs to Lagano now specially for this matsuri, Some of hottest dudes around Vstanced were here too. turbotuned, Kami-Sama members, Ren, sleepy monkey, and countless members... It was great&priceless summer for sure. Hopefully we can meet again. ~Finances~ 14x paychecks - 13,160V$ (wow ive been away for too long) Trip to Japan(ticket fee, refueling, circuit entry fee) - 1050V$ 2717+12110V$ = 14127V$ S15 engine finance will go on later, gimme some time to check the parts list!! |
