I feel like I've said this a lot and to a lot of different people, but we need to meet up. I'm buying a little something tomorrow that I'm sure you'd like to see, and likewise I would enjoy taking a look at the SW20 and S13 in person.

Sad thing happened tonight. Went out on a drive after a long day of school work, and to make things worse this happened. was shifting down from 4th gear to 3rd and managed to slip it into 1st gear and yeah, I'm guessing you know what happened after that....
Called Nick up and he came to pick me up, afterwards I stepped out and saw clouds of smoke, was not a great sight. Seeing all my hard work up into smoke and fluids including Coolant combined with Oil leaking out from under the car. Lastly, bending down to see if anything has exited the engine, and not surprised there was a snapped connecting rod in all of the fluid mass. Totally ruined my day and my car. Paychecks: +V$2,820 This post was edited by Smokiegun (2016-12-18 09:28, ago) |

So after the unfortunate even with the MR2 me and Nick went back to his garage in the Porch as we waited for the car to arrive, a couple of hours later it arrived around 1:25 A.M. I called my boy Dom up at 11:03pm so he could go pick the J35Z2 out of a wrecked 2013 Honda Accord V6 that I had sourced while waiting for the car to arrive. 2 hours after the car arrived Dom came up and dropped the V6 off at the garage.
Can't wait to get to work! Engine: -V$1,500 Towing: -V$250 Total: V$7,070 This post was edited by Smokiegun (2016-12-18 20:56, ago) |

Welcome to my garage. If you can't find the right tools here, you don't belong around cars.

Soooo... I'm finally back after a long week of getting everything sorted in my garage, the MR2 had to go sadly, I didn't have any room for it nor did I have the time to finish the engine swap off due to all of the faults that have come along the way doing so. Dominic came by to buy the car and all I had left was the Silvia.
Sadly that did not take an expected turn as well. I've managed to sell off both of my cars, but wait. You must be curious what I've sold the S13 for, well, here is your answer. A Lexus GS300. We've actually traded cars, he kept his wheels I kept mine from the S13, and he added V$1,500 on top of the deal. So I've traded for a NA 3.0 2JZGE hooked up to a Automatic 4-Speed A340E Transmission. Overall a good buy on my part, all the work on the S13 is gone but this gives me more reason to keep pushing on to better builds. Finances Car sale plus cash: +V$1,500 Paycheck: +V$2,260 Total: V$20,060 |

Sucks about the MR2, but, on the bright side that GS300 looks great. I'm sure whatever you decide to do with it will only improve the car.

Back with another update. Coilovers came and I hit JdmSly up afterwards, we dialed them in and took off. Later that night we went out for a cruise in the desert, took some pictures of our cars in the lot.
