Everytime I look at your thread I glare angrily at my garage because I only have one car, and I didn't even build it. Good on you for doing your own work.

# ThatBoostedGuy : Everytime I look at your thread I glare angrily at my garage because I only have one car, and I didn't even build it. Good on you for doing your own work. Oh, speaking of garages, and multiple cars, guess who visited today? If you guessed Vstanced's favorite furry, ThatBoostedGuy, you're correct! *Goes into ur garage and notices ur FC* OwO whats this..? I'll give ThatBoostedFurry some credit, though, he's already started getting his R32 to be the same color as his idol and inspiration, my FC. (Don't ask me how his plate hasn't been ripped off by a pothole. I have no clue.) And, he's got a RB26. Stock twins, as well. It's no rotary, but it's certainly not bad... But man, is the FC all around better :^) Even without a wing :^) That last shot reminds me though, there was something I was gonna do... |

Tandems? I wish I had a beater to throw around like that. The Porch/Porsche is way too expensive (and precious), and the FC is my daily and also roadtrip car.

And they're like It's better than yours, Damn right it's better than yours, I can teach you, But I have to charge. Jeez, I was surprised there could be so many cars in one room! Featured in the photos today/tonight is my FC, my Porsche, Smokiegun's S13 coupe, and his friend Dom's sick 240sx with a full Type X kit and a mod list so long, it's still printing! |

Happy new year everyone!
As with the new year celebrations, there is also one big thing for all car guys! TAX RETURNSjust kidding we don't rp those on the VS system So, now I've got 19,010 dollaroonies. Do I buy stock? Invest in a promising start up? Or do I buy stupid shit? (I bought stupid shit.) Namely, an A'PEXi N-1 Dual Exhaust and a Haltech E6X Flyin' Lead ECU kit (With 2 step :333333c) From the outside, it looks rather similar to the exhaust that was already on the car, no? :3Yeah, that's one helluva view there. But, as I mentioned. The ECU has a 2-step. "What's a 2 step daddy I mean Nick?" Well, it's a 2nd rev limiter you can set to whatever you want, though it's intended use is the optimal rpm for launching. Since it cuts the ignition, there's lots of unburnt fuel that makes it to the exhaust. Extra fuel already in the exhaust and ignition equals... welll....... The cops came to my house and asked if I heard gunshots a few minutes after doing that :X So, budget time so the IRS doesn't pound my ass like the black dudes in "Poor Little White Guy" Had: 19,010 V$ A'PEXi exhaust: -1,087 V$ Haltech ECU: -1,395 V$ Brazzers Renewal: -40 V$ Getting the cops to show up: Priceless Total: 16,488 V$ This post was edited by GoverningNick (2017-01-10 05:54, ago) |

Wow, even just scrolling through and seeing that car makes the hair on my neck stand up now. Those who know me already know; I called them and such. Now, it's time you all know as well. For the past few days, it's been raining pretty damn hard in the Los Angeles area. As such, the roads have gotten very wet, and all around shitty. I was on the onramp for the 405, and going a smooth 50mph. A car was speeding up in the far right lane, and I decided to gun it so I could make it onto the freeway before them. Big mistake. Switching lanes, my rear end came out, and there was nothing I could do as I hit the wall front-left corner first, then slammed the entire left side against the wall hard enough to make the rear bounce back out towards the freeway, the hood latches breaking. Note how the front right wheel is straight, and how this one is turned out to full lock. Not seen is the puddles left by the ruptured brake lines and all. After the car stalled and finally stopped, I opened my damaged driver's door, stumbled to the guard rail, and heaved over the side. The left headlight was nowhere to be found; I guess the impact was enough to shear it's mounts, and toss it over the side. Maybe I'll find it and mount it as a souvenir. Maybe I won't. All in all, I guess you could say I should have expected it, the car being named 'Widowmaker" and all. In any way, I'm just happy to be alive with no injuries other than a sprained wrist. Finances: I'll do this when my hands aren't shaking. |

Well, this morning was quite the fun one. Nothing like going through the car that almost killed you the day before to see what would have to be replaced or fixed to get it like it was. For what the car went through, I'll give her credit: She came out pretty damn well. All in all, I'm just happy to be alive after that; especially considering the car's name and the stigma around these things.
