Changes Fuel Types

New Fuel Types for all of the Australian and Euro players
No more "Octane" measures :D

I've changed the Fuel Types From:
95 Octane gas -----------> Uleaded 91 Regular
98 Octane gas -----------> Uleaded 95 Premium
100 Octane gas ----------> Uleaded 98 Ultra Premium
116 Octane Racing gas ---> E85
Diesel Oil --------------> Diesel

There are no performance changes, just the names have been changed.
I've made it a little bit more "real world" type

Fut file in: BB93_SLRR2015\parts\scripts\enginepart\airfueldeliverysystem

Love the mod but find it funny how diesel has way more power then e85?
