Unusual but great bodykit choice for the S14, now it looks like a proper wangan runner! :D
Ttime to bump up the power figures boi! ;)

EDIT: Oh hey finally you reached page 2! Here's the latest update in case you don't want to look back one page:

# TheAxirPL :
Small update once again !

The bodykit arrived and I decided to do a little top speedrun with this engine. I woke up at 3 a.m with my friend and we went on a highway to test the car.
It was basically empty except for a few cars, so my friend decided to stand on a bridge as I would pass him at top speed. I turned around and drove back to the place we started. I knew that this SR20 isn't really that capable with 200 hp but I just wanted to see how fast will it go. 1st gear, foot down and let's go. I reached 100 km/h (60 mph for murican bois) on 2nd gear around 5000k rpm. As I was passing my friend I hit 230 km/h (around 140 mph). I slowed down afterwards and returned to pick him up.

Also, I think that I will build the 2JZ from ground up, because there will be just some parts stock, so buying one would be a waste of money.

PICSSS :

EDIT: Oh hey finally you reached page 2! Here's the latest update in case you don't want to look back one page.

Of course, now start the story of : finding parts that can withstand about 800 hp without paying 2 number 45's for them XDD
I want to make this car something that Smokey Nagata would appreciate - his the guy who made Top Secret and the infamous 300 km/h Supra. Lately I've been really inspired by the Mid Night club racers from Japan, so I'm trying to build this S14 to something that would be capable of challangeing them, ofc if they didn't dissolve it :(
I think this bodykit is pretty common but I might be mistaking. I wanted to go for a stock style first with some splitters, diffusers etc. but I just went with this instead.

Also, thanks for the latest update here, it's really helpful ! :D

BIG UPDATE HERE

So this would be a pretty normal update, I'd just write that I took the engine out of the S14 but no ! I bought 2 cars and one of them will be my drift missile from now on, while the other is just a parts source thing.
So I was at Ebisu for the last 3 Vdays and I was testing the AE86 out since as you already know, I got a new engine.

(OORP: Jeezzz I really need to get my editing skills up)

Car feels great, maybe even better than before the engine blew up. It can even go sideways if you really want, although I don't really want to do it because it requires a lot of speed. I got to the pits and decided to call it a day.
Well, the next day I went with my friend because I didn't really feel like taking the AE86 with me once again. He drives a S14 also and I will show his car in the next update. While I was in the pits I found aaaa...

Supra. With a 2JZ. Just what I need. It was crashed pretty badly, the door was absolutely demolished, yada yada yada. It had a fully working 2JZ inside, and since it was for sale I bought it for well, a bit too much for a crashed Supra. Whatever, I got it back to my garage using my other friend's tow truck and got the engine out. I already taken out the engine from the S14 so I was left with a SR20 that I didn't know what to do with. YET (more like yeet lmao).

On the 2 day I went with my friend to watch some other guys drift around. I wanted to get a good view of the track so I just got into the little tree section around the track. When I was there I saw something green but I thought it's just trees, but after a closer look I realized it was a car.

An AE86 Levin Coupe. Oh wow sweet, but why the h e c c is it in some forest just left there ? Anyyway, I found out that it had a normal bluetop engine and to my suprise, a fully original interior without any damage. I'm still suprised that I managed to find that kind of interior, I mean just wow. The car
is kind of demolished, the bumper was basically held in on a tiny screw, one of the windows was broken, one sideskirt was missing and the lights didn't work. Fortunately, the tires and wheels are in pretty good condition and the engine also looks good. Since I live pretty close to Ebisu I just went for my friend's tow truck once again and drove it back. I found a phone number inside later, I called it and said that I took the car. Grandpa that picked up said "Just do whatever you want to do with this car, I don't care". When I tried to offer money to him he said that he doesn't need money.
Cool, I guess I have a free ae86 then.

I realized that I have a SR20 in the garage now that isn't used, so why not swap it to the AE86 ? I mean, I wanted to get this car back to it's original shape, but after closer inspection it would cost me more than my 86 build. So I just decided to make it into a missile and get my dorifto skilz up.
I ordered a bigger turbo for the 2JZ, the cd09 tranny along with the adapter kit and also the z32 diff that sleepin monkey suggested. I still need lot's of stuff for it, such as gauges, new cams, maybe new pistons, a new header, intake etc. I want to do all of this before I get the engine into the car.

Rest of pictures heereee :

Hot dang dude a free AE86? Now that's what I call lucky :D
Sswapping the SR inside the AE86 would be a good idea on paper, but welp get ready to face some angry purists if you do :))
Not that I'm holding you to do so anyways, feel free to do anything you want :D

And with the 2JZ coming inside the S14, what are you going to do with the Supra?
Also your track AE86 is getting even stronger now, should be competitive enough for TA events. Great job on modding and testing it!

Yeah I know this swap will t r i g g e r the h e c c out of people, but tbh I wanted to do it since the beggining of this rp.
The Supra will probably either be sold to someone or destroyed. I thought I could repair it but the chassis is really bent etc.
I might take the wheels of from it for myself and the wing probably but the rest : I don't need now.

SWAPERINO TIME

So, for the last few days I mainly focused on swapping the Levin and reinforcing the chassis of the S14, also my friend is currently working on a rollcage for the Zenki, and it will be painted in a new color, so it's really busy.

But, the swap on the AE86 is complete, and oh boi was it a really good idea !

I will still try to bump up the power, because something around 200 hp is a bit too little for me, I'm aiming for around 280 hp
That being said, it drives better than some of the swapped 86's I could drive, and that probably comes to the weight of the engine, which is of course heavier than the AE86, but it's not as heavy as for example a 2JZ.
I even considered swapping a RB20 in but it would be kind of useless.

Speaking of engines, I finally ordered all the stuff for the 2JZ and I'm just waiting for them to arrive !

So, here they're :
PHR Chrome 6766 T4 .81 A/R CEA Turbo Kit
PHR Chrome Chrome Catch Can
PHR Chrome Valve Covers with custom Nickel Plated Forged fittings
PHR Chrome Upper Radiator Panel
PHR Chrome Modified Waterneck
PHR Chrome Air Inlet Plate
PHR Power Steering Kit
PHR Oil filter Relocation Kit
PHR IS300 Full Fan Conversion kit
PHR Spark Plug Cover
PHR Twin Walbro 485 Fuel System
PHR Idler Pulley
Koyo Race Radiator
2000cc Injector Dynamics Injectors
Hypertune Chrome Intake Manifold and Fuel Rail
TRD Chrome strut bar
Chromed Water Pump, Power Steering pulleys
Chromed Radiator brackets
Custom Lexus GX470 Alternator with OAD Pulley
Greddy 3 Row Intercooler
GSC S1 Cams
BC Valves, Springs, Retainers
ARP CA625+ Head Studs
HKS TI exhaust
ProEFI 128 ECU w/Flex Fuel System

All of this will also be done in my friend's workshop.
The S14 will be ready in about 2 days.
