Hi, my name is Vlad, and I live somewhere in eastern europe. I have a few connections here and there but usually I work on cars.
One of my friends who owns a parking lot called me recently, and told me about a old bmw that some weird guy left there and never came back for. He didn't know what to do with it so he called me. I went over there, and to my surprise, it was a E34 Touring, black, quite low to the ground, for some reason.

I presume it's stolen, but the police won't give my friend any money for the parking spot, so he'd rather get rid of it on the low.
Looks like a regular family beat- .... is that an M steering wheel?

Man wanted V$500 for it, hah, what a sucker!
Gave him the money, i'll make more off of parts alone.
I towed the car home and paid V$20 for the tow.

For now is just sit in my eastern europe apartment building complex parking lot, just while i check state of car,
most likely faith is junkyard.

V$20k - 520 = V$19480

That steering wheel will cover like third of the price you paid. Anyways now I'll know where I can get BMW spare parts lol.

A nice start to an RP. Also; nice editing on the images.

A faith of a junkyard seems a bit far. I'd reckon a fate of ending up in the fleet in our RP seems like a good fate.
Click on it for RP.

JF1+Kondzixs RP; We have 12601£V currently.

Updating as I work on the car:
I called some of my friends right after i realised this was S54-swapped. Right on we took out the fuel rail and the headcover to check the internals for any damage. The engine looks absolutely brand new.
I also put a battery I had laying around just to make sure it gets power, we'll try to start it up and if we have any luck i'll post an update asap.

-Just a quick picture of how engine looks right now, also took out the broken headlight, gonna order a set of oem ones when i order a few more trims that are missing, such as the mirror, and some other tid-bits.
-Also i'm looking perhaps for some wheels, preferably with tires, 17 inch, 5x120

FIRST STREET PULLS!

So we put the car back together, (or as much as we could, we really wanted to run it).
I put some 16 inch knock off mesh wheels i had laying around because the tires the car came with were shot.
I put some air in the front tires and put some fresh oil and gas. Car started kinda rough, but it's getting there. It will need a tune for sure but thats among the many other things.

I got some video of some quick street pulls just to shake the car down, no exhaust for now and no plates, luckily no cops.
Car also is very tail happy for some reason, it doesnt feel good, for now i blame it on the tires, but we'll check the suspension soon.

So while I was working for the car, an opportunity arised, I saw an ad for an N/A R32 for sale, pretty much the base model, with quite a lot of miles on the chassis.
This came at an interesting time. I got some bad news about the E34 - while going for a night drive to figure out the suspension, a very subtle knock started coming from the engine. I didn't give it much thought, but by the time I arrived back at the garage, the knock had gotten considerably worse.
I checked the compression, and it had low compression in two of the 6 pistons. I don't know what to do for now, I'll keep you guys updated.
On another note, I ordered a set of H&R RSS Club Sport springs and dampeners for the car, along with a set of Brembo 277mm disk rotors and a pair of 6 pot brembo calipers for the front, and 4 pot at the rear. They should be arriving tommorow.

I attached a picture of the R32, what do you guys think, should I cop it? It's only V$3500.

deffo needs work but im more interested in the drivetrain.

Finances: V$19450 - Suspension+Dampeners V$450 = V$19000

picked up the skyline, went straight to work.

Opinions on these bbs's? My mate wants to sell them to me, V$400, repainted. Also got the brakes and suspension all installed and ready to go.

Finances:

  • 19000 - 3600(skyline + tow) - 300 (brake kit) - 200 (rb25 swap engine mounts) - 150 (wire harness for rb25 swap) = 14750V$

I'd say go for the BBS's, they'd probably match the car really good.
