Sooo I managed to get the sx registered and legal! Put the over fenders back on and dropped it loooooow af just for fun. Type X areo will be going back on within the next couple of days. Also put the wheel and my custom bucket seat back in along with an old recaro for the passanger side.

Fitment is totally off but that'll be fixed as soon as I get my watanabes back on.

I'm looking into a new set of wheels, but the watanabes are definitely going back on for the time being. I'm sorry you guys had to see the 240 like this haha.

Sooooooo. Where do I begin?
My car is back to its usual looking self again as of a few days ago.
The weather today is beautiful so I took it out to one of the togues today for a nice little cruise.

I got a little too comfortable and started to beat on it a little bit. Bad Idea. I lost all power and could not rev over 4k. I instantly pull over to the side and call a tow truck and the Japan located VStanced Garage. I'm suspecting the problem to be a bad MAF but it could be worse.

I got towed the VStanced garage and explained to the guys what was going on. They're a little busy the next few days so they wont be able to look at it right away. So i'm without a car again haha. Which is okay because I'm still looking into a second car, and this might force me to pull the trigger on one.

Almost positive its a bad MAF though so I shouldn't be without it for too long!
I also may or may not steal your front bumper when you aren't looking O:)

Guys I did a thing....
I was hanging out at ebisu today when I just so happened to run into someone selling a car.

A 1998 Nissan Skyline Sedan! With an RB26DET swap. Now I know this isn't the most practical choice for a second car, especially since my 240 is still being wrenched on. MAF failure confirmed by the way. BUT I HAVE PLANS!

The Skyline does need some work but it literally came with everything that needs to be done to it. The previous owner just wanted to move on from the project.

Hmmm... it looks kinda good. You could have it as a daily, it's a 4 door and from what i can see, i think you don't have to do much work with it. :) And for how much did you buy it?

It's not as bad as it looks trust me haha. And the deal was too good to pass up. The engine was pretty much just rebuilt, has new suspension set up on it, it came with a full body kit. Including 2 sets of skirts, 2 different rear bumpers and 2 different front bumpers. He also gave me extra turbo and intercooler parts and a pair of bucket seats. All of this for just under the equivalent of V$5,000.

It'll probably get resprayed
Spoiler will get pulled off
Those shitty wheels will be sold
Buckets will be put in it
Rest of the body kit will be installed
And depending on the condition of the 240 when it comes back, the skyline will most likely turn into a track car. But i'm still not 100% on that idea yet.

Put some spare wheels i had on, along with some dunlop direzza tires
Put the body kit on
Played with the suspension

Still haven't put the bucket seats in yet, but i'm not in no big hurry for those.

Hahahaha come on guys! It's not that low is it? Atleast Marcus is with me haha.
Front bumper is the only thing that really scrapes if I ever do scrape.
Im not going to use this car on the track either, I ended up liking how it looked way too much. right now my plans are too try and daily it.

Also!

The 240 has been done for a few days now so be on the look out for that update.

EDIT: ER34 IS FOR SALE!
I've found a new car that appeals to me way more. I know I just got the skyline but it was an impulse buy and i'm really not that attached to it.

Guy's i've gone mad. I sold the ER34 and bought another S-Chasis. Leaving me plenty of money to dump into it!
This time an 89 180sx to keep my 89 240sx some company. I stumbled across this car and nearly lost my shit, the chances of owning an Imported (From The states) LHD 240sx and a True RHD 180sx that are also the same year are extremely slim. I bought it as soon as I could.

The 180 is missing some fenders, the rear view mirror, the lights and electrics for the lights, and some other small things here and there. No problem at all.
It came with an N/A SR20DE Red Top motor in fairly decent condition, just needs an air filter. Going to rock the N/A for a good while! It also came with some really nice Recaro seats that are super close to matching the rear seats.
I also believe it is on a H&R super low coil set. The previous owner took great care of this vehicle and overhauled it from almost completely from a near bare chassis. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the set of wheels he had on before. But He was nice enough to put the stock wheels on before I came over.

Like everyone said, it looks clean. You should get a front clip and a rear bumper and you'll have a legit 180. Keep it street man, because it's just too clean and if you would want to drift with it, you would need more power anyway. :)

Definitely one of the cleaner shells i've gotten my hands on xD

Henry hooked it up with with some headlights and a bumper last night. Also managed to snag a spare dashboard :D

You wanna ride with me to grab a hot road front bumper and some skirts off this guy later today?

Lil update on the 180sx.
Installed the Rear Bumper and head lights that Henry traded me off his old blue 92' sx. Also got a rear view mirror from him!
Also bought a Hot road style front bumper and some type x skirts and valences off this guy i met at ebisu the last week. Managed to finish installing those earlier today, and i'm quite happy with how they look.
Also put on a shotgun style exhaust with Marcus.

I'm on the hunt for wheels now and paint when i finally decide what color I want

Nah, the 240 is getting a complete track overhaul with some different aero. They should eventually look like complete opposites.
