# marcus915 : Haku that is pretty! Reminds me of your LS powered coupe.

Good eye, basically the exact same colour. Nothing wrong with it originally so may as well go back.

I wanna see!!!

Had a sweet night out here. Got more used to the S14 on the touge, had a ton of fun. Ripping the stock e brake is sketchy as fuck though, I might invest in a hydro. This is still a street car though!

And before I left, mandatory burnout

So here's my piece of shit I bought last night.

E36 325i Touring.

Front bumper has minor damage on passenger (right) side and e-brake doesn't always work, though it's an older car so I'm assuming it's a cable. That was fine because the owner told me, but after owning it for less than an hour I found out that the clutch likes to slip bad once you're around 3rd gear and upwards, as well the car will occasionally idle itself out, so if I'm at a red light it may decide that it wants to shut off right then and there. The price was a steal but it's about to be a headache no doubt. Welcome back to the Wagon game, I guess. Bonus is that it has a few new components that tend to go in these cars which are a pain. New O2 sensor, steering rack and components were overhauled, and the power steering lines and clips are new as well. Also came with these M forged double spoke wheels, though I'll probably sell these.

The price was right and also I know a couple bimmer guys, so I can usually get a link on some of the more tedious to find parts and for a good price. My buddy has a 325i coupe of his own that he's ripped the engine out of, so I might also get lucky on anything that hasn't already been parted from that engine. I'm heading over that way pretty soon, he's got an M front bumper I want to grab because this one's pretty ugly with a huge dent.

Hell yeah, that should look super good on there. Can't wait to see what you manage to do to the engine and the rest of the body. There will always be a spot in my heart for wagons.

So the other day I got bored and painted all the tubing in my 240 a fluorescent yellow. Just because I was curious to see how it looked.

I still plan to change my front rims up, still waiting on a good time though. I'm going to use a pair that I got from Marcus the other day. I'm going to go for more of a ratty look with the 240 now that my daily driver (the speed 3) is really clean and flush looking. So expect to see kind of a de-transformation on it.

That thing is looking Mint! great find I dig the wagon lifestyle. cant wait to see what she becomes

Also I just finished my first day as a gas station clerk! the job is boring as you'd expect, but hey, it gave me a lot of free time to look for parts. looking at some of these guys Dc5's on the web just showed me how plain mine looks especially with that grey color. hopefully I can change it up in do time. When I got home from work I gave her a good wash as well as vacuumed out and scrubbed the interior.

Does anyone know of any shops around here that have Honda/acura aftermarket parts in stock right now? More specifically Skunk2 pro C coil overs for the Dc5 chassis. Id like to pick them up either today before everyone is closed or tomorrow

Quite a bit happened around here! My brother finally got rid of the wrecked Altezza, I sold the Civic to a guy who wants a unusual car to pick up chicks (whatever floats your boat i guess) and with the money I bought this S15:

The only things done to it are HKS Hipermax coils, a HKS intercooler and a modified steering angle. The previous owner drifted it and blew up the SR20. It has almost no compression on cylinder 2 so it runs on three cylinders. I could try to fit the 2JZ from Makoto's Altezza in there (which he kept around) or get a V8 for it. It should fit since the engine bay is quite wide.
(I know the rear wheel looks like it clips through the fender. I can't go for negative offset with these stock rims. Just wait patiently until I've fixed it.)

Here's how the E36 sat last night.

Pulled most of the front end off, rad support & radiator, lights, bumper, etc. Mocked up the M3 style bumper (though moved it back for the picture) and I took the hood off after the photo was taken. Originally I was going to keep it on to work on the car, but also found out that the hood struts are basically blown so I'm going to pick those up, as well as everything else that I need today, then going to tear this thing down, probably put way too many hours into it, and hope that it's running good by tomorrow morning. Anyone wants to come by and work on my car or their car, come by the shop in about 2 hours as I'll be back by then.

Thank you for the offer man but unfortunately coils off of an Ej wont fit on a Dc5. I found a guy on Valolist selling the skunk2's as well as some JDM Honda Integra badges for $850. they have about 10,ooo miles on them so its not a bad deal.

@Haku Ill head over there after I go pick up my coils and badges, I am filling up before I leave work. I'd love to see that wagon in person. My boss Mitch in the drivers seat photobombing:

Wagon gang, you should get one if you find a clean one out that way. My buddy has one here in Valo and uses it for basically everything because it's spacious but also a fun car to drive.

Also a heads up post, I've got a couple openings at my shop. Been running for about a year now but haven't really had much room to expand. I'm in need of someone who's familiar with vinyl work, application and software wise. Don't need a lot of experience, just need to be able to wrap a car properly without wasting material and also know how to use a vinyl plotter for custom designs. Also looking for someone who does electrical because I hate it and am no good with it, plus the guy who did it before is planning to resign. Wiring mostly, but anything else is a bonus. Vinyl area is in house and there's plenty of space for cars, as well if you work at the shop you'll have a proper parking space and a space to store a project car if you need, I've got some backroom space now that I'm selling off cars so I'll be leaving it open. Let me know, but their first come positions. Shop is in Valo, Crown Autoworks if you aren't already familiar. Cheers and hope I can fill the positions with some people from here.

If you need someone for electrical I'll be your guy. Use to do wiring harnesses for civics back before I moved. My white civic had a Harness that was so clean it was barely noticeable.

Where packing right now to head out to JP. If anyone wants me to bring back souvenirs, just ask. Hoping to find a clean Stagea.

@Hyped: If you are near Hiroshima, feel free to visit me :awesome:
So when I was looking around the internet for a BMW V8, I found a company building and selling replicas of classic Porsches. Well, they sell chassis, not complete cars. You can get the whole body but you have to install the rest yourself. I'm going to check it out and let you know. If I find something awesome, I'll put the Silvia on hold (don't worry, it'll be worked on eventually) and get myself a proper executive vehicle :D

Got new clutch installed for the E36, feels great and no more slipping. Also fixed the idling issue. Car had some vacuum lines that were loose, as well the idle control valve was pretty dirty so I cleaned that up and fixed all the shitty lines. Car runs great now after a full tune up plus everything mentioned here. Also since I had it up in the air, I really couldn't help but lower it as it had coilovers already installed, and I had these 17" BBS RS wheels sitting around for the longest time and they've now found a place on the E36 and in my heart. First picture shows initial height and after is the current fitment after lowering and alignment to make these wide wheels fit.

Bought myself another mustang... Foxbody, Ford Race Yellow, 180,000 miles , 5.0 Windsor. It's even the 5 speed manual!
Car looks clean, had to bring my own set of wheels with me (I dunno why, seems also stupid to me) so the Alloys from the old volvo were used (if anyone can remember it). Only mod is a Cold Air Intake. The owner used different sized wheels and now on 15"s I have positive camber. Doesn't matter because I will upgrade to meatier tyres and thicker wheels, so an alligment will do the job. The leather seats will be replaced or the skin will be changed since they're worn out. Shocks are leaking too (damn >_<) I am obsessed with Mustangs, send help

Looks pretty decent, lots of potential there if it's running right. Whenever you're decided on wheels and tires, we can get you sorted at my shop if you're near Valo. Got a tire fitting machine, lift, etc. Make the job easier and I'll give you a good price on it.

Today I had quite a scare..R33 met it's end at a drift event today..

I attended a small drift event at Okegawa Sportsland today and I brought the R33 because I wanted to try out the new Falken Azeni RT615K's that I had mounted up on the SSR Koenigs I purchased off a friend for $1800.

I'm quite familiar with Okegawa, I've ripped it countless times in my cars. I just haven't shredded the 33 as much and am not too familiar with it. As the day went I got more and more used to the 1.5JZ motor and began pushing harder and harder. On the last lap with my first set of tyres(they were basically gone) I threw it at the wall MUCH harder than I ahould have and MUCH earlier than I needed to and I ended up having to straighten out - but I overcorrected, MUCH too hard. The car ended up straightening up into the wall at a solid 65 mph. Basically, it looks like this-

It's basically done. I have whiplash and a dislocated shoulder, which is surprisingly little considering the force of the impact. Not too shaken up as I have been in worse accidents, but really bummed to wreck yet another Skyline.. not quite sure what to do. Anyone want some R33 parts? Hit me up.

Dibs on Coils?

# Haku : Looks pretty decent, lots of potential there if it's running right. Whenever you're decided on wheels and tires, we can get you sorted at my shop if you're near Valo. Got a tire fitting machine, lift, etc. Make the job easier and I'll give you a good price on it.
I got my eyes on a craigslist ad for Welds with tires, they looks decent
