That was a nice gathering. nice to see some of your cars out.
Anyone want to come help me do the 1.5JZ swap on my Mark II tomorrow morning? Spare 1.5JZ is going in earlier than I expected, 1G decided to blow up on me. Any takers? I'll give you all ridealongs at the next drift meet, promise I won't kill anyone! I'm only asking for help, not that I can't do the swap myself, but this is my main daily at the moment since the Mustang and 240SX don't run, and I kind of want this thing back on the road asap. I have all the parts for the swap, I'm aiming to complete it by tomorrow evening, so if you're down to help clear your schedule hahaha. |

# Smurf : Forget what tires are on them but honestly does anyone care?Seriously, I don't care. I don't write which tires are on my cars, either. Nice find on that RSX, had the Integra Type-S version back in Osaka. Was a really nice car. I'll also look around for a cheap old pickup truck or maybe a van. I am tired of borrowing my friend's F-250 when I have to haul something. |

# marcus915 : No one came to help me with my 1J swap, so I got started anyway. Got the motor test fitted, its not too late if anyone wanna help haha if you still need help i'll join ya and bring some drinks too Added 2 minutes later: So, a few days have passed and my BBS RF finally arrived! Neat little BBS packaging and everything, very nice. They are 17" deep dished and they sit pretty much perfect in the car as you can slightly see the back wheel although it still needs some suspension adjustment in height and camber. And yeah also about the suspension i went to the post office to pick up my H&R coils that were delayed because they lost them smh Also went to a friend's shop and picked up the brembos (brakes and calipers) they look pretty dope as well. And to wrap up the BBS i got some Yokohama Advan Neova and they get a bit of stretch because the rim is wide, we were fitting the tyres in the rims while i took the pic and that one in the back was to test the fitment of the wheels. And oh man they do look really good, i'm yet debating to wrap them in other color but i guess i'll figure that out soon and show you guys the setup, so no worries more pics are coming and the 240 is starting to put itself together now and i love it P.S: Also fitted the HKS intercooler and oil cooler in the 2JZ and we gave it a start and everything works great even tho it still needs a tune. |

I sold my Z33 some months ago because I had to move out of my old house and into a new one. Cash was tight so she needed to go. Now that I'm settled into where I currently live, I bought a new project. A bit of a "step down" from a Z33 for some people, but I sure love it. I bought a 1996 Zenki S14. Here are some details on it-
Body: Bone stock, factory paintjob, minor rust and some core support damage from an accident last year. Engine: Blacktop SR20DET- HKS SSQV, Ebay oil cooler, 3" Exhaust and Calsonic barrel, Blitz Front mount intercooler, Apexi S-AFC NEO. Suspension:Stock wheels, fairly new tyres, Z32 brakes and hubs, Espelir struts and S13 Espelir springs which set the car kinda low. That's about it for now. Nothing much has been done to it as the previous owners have all daily driven the car without any intentions of an all-out build. Nonetheless, it's a great project car and I will be taking it as far as I possibly can. |

Nice find Shafarastov. Like I said before hmu if you want help or shit.
After a long day, Ismael and Smurf came through for me and we got the 1JZ fitted in the Mark II and running. It's on a stock block, sleeved cylinder head, Tomei cams, belts, bigger 70mm throttle body, stock turbo, Trust FMIC, Koyorad radiator, should be making roughly around 350 horsepower. Gearbox is a Nissan Z32 five speed, mated to a Supra diff. Not bad of a setup, gonna run it like this for now and see how it is, probably swap to bigger twins in the future, not sure. Also 2 coils off the springs for the hell of it, before I buy coilovers, because #haggard. Finished the swap at 9:30PM or so, got everything hooked back up, and we took it out for some "testing" at a parking lot in Mexico. Upcoming plans - -Brake upgrade(Supra or Z33 brakes) -5-lug hub swap (maybe??) -Proper coilovers (going to have to hit up SerialNine for compatible set) -Wheels??? |

Update on s14 since I've gone fucked up my daily
As you may remember I'm running r33 suspension up front, it was a bit weaksausce on steering lock, to fix that I've got myself wisefab complete kit for front. Since it was a quite a bit wider then stock I had to get frp wide fenders and even then wheels were sticking out a whole lot so now I'm running some knock off works till i get myself something decent. Also went to quite a few drift days and new suspension is spot on! |

So I totaled my corrado.... I was driving on the local racetrack event and my car suddenly turned right, making it crash straight into wall. It may be cause that I drove over the small, sharp thing (idk what it was) that damaged my suspension. That's how it looks right now.
I don't know if I should either sell what left of it or straight it up and restore it. If I will decide to restore it, I'll swap the engine, since VR6 is totaled. |

So i did some detailing on the 240sx, like for example the shopping list you see in the windows, even got my "club" logo in there among a few others. Also did the final suspension adjustments, all nice and tucked in tightly, and wrapped the BBS RF in black because the chrome didn't really feel good to me. Oh man has the time passed, seeing the fucked up pignose 240 i purchased that didn't even have an engine turn into a 2JZ twin turbo powered beast (yet to go to the dyno and get some numbers). Also got a brand new exhaust and muffler setup by Kakimoto and man that thing is loud, yeah officers my wallet is waiting for you! As you may notice also got the Type-X kouki wing, decided to keep it cleaner instead of going fully #bigwanggang. I'm glad i got the 240sx ready this soon because there are some drift events around the corner in which i will be 100% with this little monster. But i do have some more plans for it in the future so don't worry. Now i'm also planning to get a daily just because it would be too expensive to use the 240 as a daily and the car is very low and it scrapes everywhere, i might get something 5 door, been checking some ads and making some calls |

Amazing car man. I still remember when you picked it up and I first saw it, was such a mess. Didn't think it could be that nice.
And then you have my heap of crap. Picked up ISIS 3 inch twin blast pipes, loud as fuck, and drove out to a parking lot for some photos. Also adjusted the front camber plates, now running 5 degrees of front camber. |

Anyway, went out to chill with a friend of mine. Clean 240SX hatch. SR20DE, soon to go +T. Gonna buy his wheels too, since he bought a set of SSR SP1's. Dying to get the 1.5JZ in the coupe. Soon all three of my S-Chassis will be JZ powered HAHAHA This post was edited by marcus915 (2015-11-13 05:59, ago) |

I got tired of driving around with a broken bumper. My friends laughed at me, so I finally got a Type-R bumper for whooping 220 Euros, these things are expensive! But it's a geniune one. I'll get the color code of the stock Blue and paint it when I find time for it.
