Those whom'st've'ed read my blog for a while, are familiar with the simple and undeniable fact that I don't make good decisions.
This is no exception. It's a 1990, which means it was sold with a 1.6, or, as a former 1.8 owner, I like to call a "1-point-Dicks". Not that any of that matters, as it doesn't have an engine. Only a transmission, and everything else behind it. According to the odometer, this thing's done 200k, give or take. Impressive, no? But it's been so long since I was in a Miata (not counting my ride home in Boosted's new one; that he got in a trade with JdmSly) I forgot how absolutely small they are. For reference, the ER34 is a big bitch next to the FC, but the Miata makes the FC look like the ER34. It's insane! Anyways, I already have some plans for this car. But, as past experience has taught me, nothing, ever, goes, to, plan. Cough Warehouse fire Cough Seriously, compare this shot to this one: Tomorrow I'll move the Miata out a bit to take a comparison picture. Finances: Had: 10,750 V$ 1 (One) Paycheck: 750 V$ 1 (One) 1990 Mazda Miata: 700 V$ Total: 10,800 V$ |

A day after I ordered the roof spoiler, I gave in, and, well... Yeah I kinda bought it on impulse. >_> But, it just looks too good to pass up, am I right? Nice cars, when does your matching robe arrive?Like I said before, such a small mod to the ER34 can add so much more to the car. Keep it clean brother, unlike Brady with my 240SX, and Rinkk who disappeared off the face of the earth after he bought my R32. I think Nissans are bad luck for me... |

Hey Miata, what's got you in such a good mood? I mean, you were bought for 700 bucks, have no engine, blown suspension, stock body, and a rotted ass interior. What could possibly have you in such a good mood? And yes, that's a F22C ripped from a local wrecked S2000. Rumor has it he hit Nos too early, and spun out, hitting the rockface on GMR backside. Either way, it's mine now, and I had to sell some stuff to make it sensible. Those being, the engine and transmission that were originally in the FC before it got it's current motor, a 13B-REW from a FD3S. And, the transmission that was in the Miata when I bought it. As you can tell in the picture, it's not completely installed yet; I still need to test some more clearances and all. Additionally, the F22 came with it's six speed transmission, so I've got that going for me too, which is nice. I still don't know where I wanna take this car, though I do have my mind on time attack ever since Driftphantom's DC5 Teggy. Soon. Finances: Had: 10,400 V$ 1 (One) 13B: 1200 V$ 1 (One) 13B 5 Speed: 400 V$ 1 (One) Miata 5 Speed: 300 V$ 1 (One) F22C and 6 speed tranny: 3,500 V$ Total: 8,800 V$ |

The Integra was such a fun car to play around with on the track, I can highly recommend the track route! the f22c is a great engine for this kind of build as well. combined with the lightweight Miata chassis, it will be like tracking a go kart! I hope to see you out there some more! I have been itching to take the supercharged e46 out for a few laps |

It's my daily (I know right), so I don't plan on any full done out things like the FC. It's simply too clean to do anything drastic. Though, I was thinking of possibly a GTR front end.

Ehhh i always prefered the GT-T front more since a GTR front end seemed kind of wrong on a non GTR. But hey, its your car, excited to see where it goes. I used to have an ER34, they're great cars especially to drift.

Yeah, was also thinking of a GT-T front end too. And, I wouldn't know what it's like to drift it lol, it's got maybe 160 BHP and I'm almost certain it's got an open differential.

Nick, the Miata's out of the garage!? Well, yeah. I got it running last night. Though I still need to find a way to connect the gauges to the ECU. And thanks to my custom F22C-NA Miata straightpipe and center exit exhaust, she screams like Star Wars fans when Han Solo was killed by his son, Kylo Ren. From here, you can also spot the new (to me) Autokonexion trunk lid, and the new, similarly Autokonexion rear fenders. In the first pic, there was also the new AutoKonexion front fenders. With these, I'm able to run 15x10 wheels without any spacers, the same width that my FC is running on. (Which hasn't seen much attention innabit, come to think of it.) Additionally, I picked up a OE hardtop for the car. The previous owner spray-painted it black, and I have no clue what the original color was. Though, it's headliner is pretty intact, and the 700 V$ price was fair. The interior has also seen some treatment in the previous few days. Before, it had the stock seats, which had lost any real support, and were torn like Marvel shippers when they found out Bucky killed Iron Man's parents. Hence, I stopped by good ol' Larry's, and took a Bride Zeta III (same model that can be found in my RX-7!) off of his hands for tree fiddy. Then, this happened: :3c Back to the Mazda! All I've really got left from today is a close up of my AK (Autokonexion) trunklid, the one with the integrated spoiler. Yes, she's still on stock suspension, tires, wheels, and brakes. And, well, even though there's a 240 BHP 2.2 four banger instead of a 120 BHP 1.6 four banger now, the F22C in there is still stock. (But it's got double the power of a regular Miata and it fucking shows it. Holy shit.) Finances: Had: 8,800 V$ 1 (One) OE Miata Hard Top: 700 V$ 1 (One) AK Front Fender Set: 350 V$ 1 (One) AK Rear Fender Set: 200 V$ 1 (One) AK Trunk Lid: 200 V$ 1 (One) Custom F22C-NA Miata Straight-Pipe Center Exit Exhaust: 50 V$ 2 (Two) Stock Miata seats: 100 V$ 1 (One) Paycheck: 750 V$ Total: 8,150 V$ |
