I know that it might not sound like much, but most people just buy a stage4 turbo and don't upgrade their block, crank, pistons and such and they're running full boost on a engine that isn't supposed to hold the pressure.
And I suggest buying better injectors (unless you already bought some/the engine had upgraded one's)
