You need to buy at least 1 new part and then copy-paste the paint from that new part to the rest, be warned that the game likes to screw up, so you might end with some gray parts...
Otherwise just re-buy everything new or replace the main paint file in your save folder(those .number files, just add a .jpg afterwards and it'll show each part's paintjob file).
it's still not doing anything. like even the parts in the catalog are white. and if i buy a new car it's white. and i dont understand what you mean by the main paint file in the save folder?
