hi all im new to this so here we go
im a 24 year old live in doncaster england and since leaving school ive worked for my dad as a panel beater... from 16-19 i did evening mechanics class and welding so i knew the basics to building cars.... i saved £20,000 for a project car and obviously parts needed i was scrolling the web when i came across a 2004 ford focus 1.6 zetec with no motor or front end had been written of but not through insurance so wanst categorised as a write off it has 86000 miles with part service history 3 owners from new clean original ford interior with no rips or tears it has stock ford suspension all round along with some ford st brakes (nothing special) i paid £500 pound for the car and they had a toyota 4a-ge engine and gearbox lieng around (no photos of engine yet as hes delivering it tommorow for me) i paid £1500 for the engine and box... my plans are for a 4wd street car with around 400bhp   £20.000- vehicle-£500 engine+box-£1500 remaining-£18.000 |
