There's a couple of "VIP" ones floating around that are pretty sick (Korch Style and the one with custom headlights [Unknown Author]). ALL are the same model so none are poor in quality. The best public S13 mods I've seen are the S13 by Street(xx) and the S13 Drift edition by Svander and Razine. The only problem with Street's S13 is the stupid wheelgap you get if you install the same sized wheels and lower the car. Other than that,it's great.
