In most cases these are unfinished mods(cars) that the autor don't wana release.

Nah you guys think people are trusted but they are not, Prime example I have this engine And people "say" I am not trusted!
In other words they give these v.i.p mods to whoever they want if they don't know you or don't like you or you have shitty screens or your new you will NOT get them.
