You can't fix it in the way they are now. You should re-export them, or you can make separate texture for the right cover.

its caused by the model mapping on 3ds.

mapping = let know to the model how the texture will show on

as Mario said, only ways are make two different textures for the two head covers or re-export one head cover(obviously after re-mapping)

open the rpk n paste this one in typef 7

<FILE 00000001.res >
typeof 7
superid 0x00000002
typeid 0x0000FFC6
alias vee8_cylinder_head_cover.dds
isparentcompatible 1.00
</FILE>
<FILE 00000001.rsd >
sourcefile parts\engines\MC_Prime_SuperDuty\textures\vee8_cylinder_head_cover2.dds
</FILE>

scrool down to typeof 14, find the cover and change 0x000000C6 to 0x0000FFC6
thats all

search for it by the mesh ID from the .cfg of the cover.

the id you need to change is on line 2326

use notepad++ or something

about the typeof 7 you must copy/paste all lines, not only the ID
