Hi, I'm TheLastBro or Ryan, and cars is what i live for. I'm 24 and mostly interested in BMWs, but since I have a lot of experience in the tuning part of the car world, I know a lot about almost any popular engine used in motorsports. I have a BMW E30 project, which is meant to be a sick ass drag car, but unfortunatly money has stopped me from finishing it, so it's currently sitting in the back of my shop. I also have a 67' fastback mustang which I use as my daily, and sometimes even on trackdays. Recently sold my 328 drift beater, and finished building the M3 V8. I haven't found any good car selling webpages so I'll post a bit of info about it here, later. My garage is located in east LA,and although it's not particulary big, it works. Feel free to leave any questions you might have about my cars or generally cars and engines.

So a couple hours ago I managed to wreck my Mustang.. talking with the insurance company to see what I can get back.
So, you'll probably wondering how this happened? Well, I was crusing down Arizona Avenue, and I got to the cross where I had a green light, so I continued driving, without realising there was a huge semitruck unable to stop going really fast down Olympic Blvd. Then everything got black, and I woke up at the hospital. They told me the semi had crashed into my car and I luckily got away with only a broken left leg. So I'm slowly recovering at home, but the car is destroyed. Frame is twisted and bent, not a single chance in the world that car is ever gonna see the road again. So now I'm looking for a spare 67-68 Mustang fastback shell, I'm willing to almost cross the entire state to get a new one!

And can anyone help me with posting pictures here? Much appreciated.

So I've talked with the insurance company back and forth and finally I was able to both keep the car when they're done taking pictures etc, and I recieved V$4000. I managed to find an already primed and rust-free shell down in Texas, and managed to get it shipped to my house. It's an 68 Fastback GT actually, with reinforced subframe, performance-spec Wilwood brakes and Koni springs. I saved a few bucks taking off some parts from the wrecked car, like rims and front quarterpanels. I'm going to decide soon what color I'm painting the car in, so please help me out anyone :)

V$20000
+ V$4000
- V$2800 (shell)
- V$500 (shipping)
Money: V$20700

Added 3 hours 9 minutes later:

Found some doors in OK shape, had to use bondo here and there but I'm happy with the pre-paint outcome :) Sanded down the front fenders and front "bumper" or whatever you wanna call it, now it's mostly ready for paint! Cost: V$100

Unfortunatly I won't be able to paint the car yet, since I'm going on holidays. Picked up some rusty bumpers, I'm shipping them off to a shop up in Washington, and they'll re-chrome the bumpers :)
