well i tried the new test track but it didnt work when i put back my old test rack it still wudnt work.. i finally got the game to come on.. i started a new career then i get this error code.---

reinstall tbh.. no idea what it means well it means that your game is fucked and it can be anything.. so reinstall and copy-paste the game folder so you can keep a fresh copy just in case.. read the noob guide + add mods one-by-one to make sure your game works properly.
