is there anyone here who could make a portable version of 3dsmax or knows where i could find one because lately my computer has been acting weird and i cannot install any programs, if will have to take it to repair this weekend.

hmmm i don't think there is a portable version, since the licence thing won't work....

it isn't hard to get installed properly, i'll say, try to get your computer fixed
