Name: George Age: 19 Homeplace: LA, California Job: Hot Rod Magazine shop assistant EARNED/WASTED MONEY + V$ 20.000 - Start - V$ 750 - Volvo 242 Turbo ----- I've always wanted to do something at my garage during weekend. No, not the pro-JDM Supra or Skyline. Something not so expensive. I've searched down Craigslist, Ebay... One day i've been walking on the street and saw Volvo on somebody's driveway with FOR SALE sign. The owner was not so far from house, so i talked to him about this car and bought for V$ 750. After i dragged it to my workshop i made a list. I needed the: ENGINE TRANSMISSION FRONT END BODYPARTS That's how car looked like soon after i stored it in my garage:  Stay tuned for the updates. |

UPDATE!
Got front end parts such as hood, headlights, grill and front bumper. Not so great, but i'm gonna paint them in any way. Still no engine because i've only found cheap fuel injection engine not carburated. I should check garage sale couple blocks down the street. But this will happen tomorrow, let's cross fingers and hope that no one will grab complete engine. EARNED/WASTED MONEY: - V$ 300 - Hood - V$ 100 - Grill - V$ 250 - Headlights TOTAL: - V$ 650
