I've been seeing a bunch of cars in the showoff thread with decals on the headlights and rear lights for example. Aswell as decals on the windows. I know there is some mods out there with paintable windows but is there a way to make everything on the car paintable? The body of the car and lights and stuff?

Ask the creator for the model or get the model by importing to ZMod & then exporting to 3DSMax. Then make selected areas paintable & export. Thou' you need to kiss .rpk to make it work properly.
