Anyone know how to make tires fit over rims (on the inner and outer) or at least shift the tire so the outer edge of the tire covers the rim?
So it covers this lil lip...

It all depends on the scripting of the position of the mod. Some fit flush on the lip of the wheel whereas some don't. Download Franco's wheelpacks from the DL section and take the tyre mod from there (I believe it's a folder named bf,not sure.) Those tyres fit a lot of wheels perfectly. Check it out-

yea it was the rim scripting....lil different between rims. I got franco's tires and a couple different ones but I needed a bigger tire to fit a smaller rim without being overly wide (thinner drag tire). I wanted front and rear to match but different tires sizes and compounds
...I messed around with the 17in street tires from the "Definitive tyre pack" and made them matching drag radials...
