Found parts for my Crapola. I took them from a Fire Dept. Crown Victoria.

Also found parts for the engine.

Added 4 minutes later:

Note: Engine not complete. Does anyone have any spare parts lying around?

Got the wheels powdercoated and managed to swap my aero with a guy from the mustang forums for some saleen aero.

Also picked up a set of coilovers for $2500 which arrived last week, and found some adjustable arms and modified hubs on valolist.

Found this gem in the pits at Nikko Circuit! No engine, and it's missing most of the front end. I already have a plan for this car.

Bumper needs a little love.

Will keep you guys updated on this build!

Added 53 minutes later:

So now a month later I have almost finished finding all the parts, including a stock 2JZ-GTE.
A aftermarket hood with a custom grill, and some aftermarket headlights. I have also installed new H&R ultra low coilovers, and some new 16 inch rims, painted in black.

The old bumper was shot, so I bought this from some guy on ebay. Also got a new muffler!

I would prefer to keep it inside the case, seeing as I'm clumsy as fuck, and its only 300 gb. I need something bigger, because im always at about ,60 gb free, and I constantly delete games and shit. I want to have 1.3 tb total. I know my case (apevia Sniper-x) can handle up to 6 drives, so I eventually want to fill all the bays up.

Hi everyone!
this is going to be my very first post in vstanced ever, so here it is...

i've just move from my home country Indonesia to Valo for continuing my study as a senior high student, and for commuting around (and have some fun) i tried to search a car for my daily, and finally i've got it, a JDM import EVO 6 for $15k

It's a bit rusty, but it's fully stock and completely straight, the rust is just on the panel and it's a rub-able rust, so rub it, some rust treatment and filler then it's ready for full respray

here's the picture if the standard engine btw

after that it goes to the paint shop, and here's the result

I choose black because I think it's better in that colour
I'm going to make it the perfect allround car, good power for going fast, good suspension and brakes for handling, and still have the comfort of a daily driver

sorry for the ugly pictures btw because i don't know where to upload it so i use facebook to upload it

Welcome. You can use the vstanced uploader or an even simpler one- imgur.com. I use it for all of my screenshots. Also,if you need help setting up SLRR to look decent then you can message me.

I have a spare 340 airfilter kicking around. For 25 bucks you can have it. I can bring it over in my mean green cuda :D

It took me a week to fit the brakes but they sure are good; The wheels are here, too:

And a MOPAR windshield visor

Edit: I will start the engine swap soon and I bought a 1992 Chrvrolet Caprice from the local law enforcement. It's pretty beat up and missing its push bars but who cares... I 'll make pics as soon I got my cam charged up

So after about 3 months now I would say the Toyota Crown is about 95% done. Just need to get the engine sorted out and we're good.

I hope you guys like this build so far! Also if anyone knows someone that is selling a Toyota Mark II JXZ90 please let me know!

Its a yay... I think it's time for me to reveal the Civic...

I custom painted the LS2 headcovers and belt cover, so it would match the rest of the car.

Got some custom upholstered seats, and painted a MOMO steering wheel. Also fabbed a rollcage, painted that blue. I installed a BEAKS bar, and painted part of that too

Love the civic. A little too much blue for me. Maybe like a orange or green to break up the blue, just a thought.

I got an offer to trade the MX5 for a bone stock RX7 FD... Should I take it? I'm also debating whether or not to convert the Levin's 4A-GE to a black top...

Here are some vehicles that are ALWAYS outside my work

This guys is a real gearhead. I've talked to him at length about EVERYTHING cars. His Alpina B7 is SWEET, and really fast.

This is one of the interns Civic Si. I think his parents gave it to him...

This RS4 is a serious road rocket, and I know the guy who owns it. He's the desk manager.

And this is Fred's daily Hummer H1... (The game decided the H1 HAD to have camber...) My MX5 feels so puny parking next to that thing... There are a few tire tracks that signify that the Miata has enough power to spin the wheels...

(@Shaforostov The Civic is actually AWD, but I had to put the engine in sideways for it to fit, properly at least)

While I was in Japan I went up to Akina in my R32 GTS, I was challenged by some wannabe Takumi in a AE86 coupe. The AE86 was a stock 4A-GE bluetop, with aftermarket shocks and rims. Knowing full-well he was no match for my Stage 2 RB26DET R32(I've had this for a couple of months now) I accepted the challenge and we raced for pinks, and well I am now the proud owner of a 1985 Sprinter Trueno coupe.
Here is a picture after the race.

Anyone have any ideas of want to do with it?

If you want an extra Blue top cylinder head, and a "Supercharged" head cover, and some TRD low resistance spark wires and iridium plugs, I'll give em to ya. I'm gonna swap the engine to a Black Top, 4 extra valves will make a hell alot of difference. The engine currently WILL NOT go higher then 305 hp with 100 octane fuel. Thats BARELY enough to break the rear tires loose, let alone hold them loose. I have to get a better valve setup to run richer fuel, hence, you get some extra parts if you want em. I ordered the Black Top overhall kit. The oldest thing on the engine, is the block itself xD

Ordered a LS3 and installed it. I think it fits pretty nicely. Also ordered some zenki parts, should be here in about 1-2 weeks.

9 days later:
Got the parts and put them on the car to see how they fit. Took a little cutting to make everything thing fit. Also primed the car and the parts so it'll be ready for paint next week.

So I was taking the Evo for a spin last night, here's some picture of it

and yes, from that picture you can see the back of the car is a little bit lower than the front (it is to me) and it has a lot of camber, so when I got home, I sourced some adjustable coilover (HKS Hipermax III) bigger brakes (2 355 Brembo brakes with 6pot caliper for the front 2 332 Brembo brakes with 4pot caliper for the back) and adjustable camber arms to fix the rear suspension problem and to upgrade the suspension and brakes of this car

== 7 days later ==

finally every parts that I needed has arrived, now it's time to put the Evo onto the ramp

and, here's the old suspension bits and brakes still installed

and here's the new suspension bits and brakes installed

and here's the picture of the car after the parts installed and the alignment sorted

yes, it looks like the back of the car is now a lot higher than before, but I like it better because it looks stock, but it'll be temporary anyway because I'll lowered the car after I got the new wheels for this

first, sorry for my bad english ._. it's going to be a prologue to my roleplaying.... sorta.

Well, it have been 4 months since i have my first car, a 1990 Nissan Skyline GTS-T.

For me, there's nothing special about this car except the rims... who doesn't like BBS anyway ?

...And it could drift well, which is surprising me, i never thought an R32 had a FR drivetrain. (meh, i know i'm an idiot.)

This little beast had win a lot of amateur championships around Hiroshima Pref. and i'm getting some a bit of sponsors, and money, obviously :P

Well yesterday, when i'm doing some hooning around bihoku for preparing the upcoming drift tournament, i left my car in a garage to take some snacks outside the circuit area, when suddenly
Yamada-san shouts that someone was trying to wreck my car, and i rushed to the garage, but it's too late.

we're trying to bring it outside the garage and damn, it's really messed up. :(

i was so upset and desperate at that time realizing i can't compete the upcoming tournament, some eyewitness says that a fagit with an FC3S and
his crew did this, suddenly i realize that's the guy who i pwned at the last drift tournament.

Well, Shit. :headbang:

but suddenly, someone was coming to me and giving some introduction stuffs, he said that he's coming from Blitz and Blitz want to be my sponsors and giving an
offer to repair and upgrade my car for the upcoming tournament, free of charge :O . without a doubt i accept that offer and boom, that's how it started :D

gonna continue this roleplay story ASAP, i think.

So I went to Facepalm in my Cuda to give him the air filter (leaving 2 long lines after a burnout) and made some pics of the Caprice:

I will start the HEMI-swap today. I only have the block, crankshaft, camshaft, con-rods and pistons.

Finally I got all the parts for my car, I'm choising the color and next week I'll call a guy that ask less money than the paint shop for paint the car.

I tested some stickers, gonna decide which to keep and which not. Look forward to a cheap set of rims possibly 16 or 17 inches.

And here it is on action. I have to jumpstart the car sometimes, or give it a push.

If you want to help disconnect it that would be great. While I was in Japan after winning the AE86 I stopped at Up Garage and picked up a used TODA exhaust system. I have also ordered a new bodykit that should arrive soon will post pictures when installed.

Added 2 hours 55 minutes later:

Just sent the AE86 out to wrapped, it's a lot cheaper then getting it painted. Post some pictures after I get it back.
