# Facepalm : I never sold a car Anyway, engine swaps are meant to happen, so they're inevitable...Not complaining about engine swaps- We're all complaining that some of the car builds here are ridiculously unrealistic. # Coprone : I took shaforostov's suggestion, started with a new career before, have I managed it?Yup,you're following the right path. Now for others to take note.. |

I bought a mess :D! This is the USDM car I was talking about.
A police Crown Victoria. This thing is rusty as hell, and some parts even fell off. So I decided to start the action. I took all the parts and placed them correctly, except for the rear door. That one simply just doesn't want to stay on. I'll weld it later. Now, about the engine. It has a high end V8 block, which means someone else had it before me and after the Rozzers dumped it. Nothing but the block is in the bay, so I've got a long way to go! |

This is the project I mentioned before. A really nice shell of a Datsun 510. Managed to get it really cheap from some Russian dude...
It was someone elses project So it already has most of the bodyparts primered and the suspension is done. I already contacted the kids in Valo that did the engine on the AW11 and they are working on something for it. While I wait I decided to throw some wheels on it and some of the parts that came with it to roll it around the shop. |

About a month after my last post: I installed a non turbo 2jz. Already buying parts to convert it to a single turbo.

So after a couple of months looking though junkyards and countless hours online shopping for parts, I have finally got the Miata in running condition.
It just needs to be preped for paint and it's ready to drive. |

Hey all,
Just recently moved into Valo with my dad after he split from my mom. Into the stance scene myself, currently driving an Audi RS4 w/ Blackline Replica Kit. Moved from central London and noticed a few of you guys driving around Valo quite a bit. My dad and I have been working on my car for around 3 years now and just recently we were able to swap out the old engine for a V6 from my dad's old 350z before he sold it due to needing money after the breakup. I've Posted Pics below of the ride alongside some more detailed info. Hope you'll welcome me to the community! Specs: Audi RS4 Chassis Blackline Replica Bodykit Twin Turbo @ 0.6 Bar Wastegate Pressure 350z V6 w/ Powerform Cold Air Intake & Custom NOS Line Locked Rear Diff w/ 30/60% Power Split (F/R) H&R Ultra-Low Coilovers w/ 5" Clearance -Static- Foose 5Holer 19" x 13J Rims (Hoping To Try Find Some Stretched Tyres) Note: Custom NOS Line is purge only and used for looks @ Show Days |

-2 weeks later-
Let me be the first to say welcome Stance. I got the Miata back. I went with a root beer metallic paint. I think it came out really well. Also picked up some nice new rims in 15x10(the other ones were just ones that I had laying around). |

So, I sold the S13 for a cool $30,000. I've gotten lots of offers in the $150,000 range for the Cuda, and I'm going to a car show this weekend, so lets see what kind of offers I get there... Anyways, heres a sneak peak at the Civic now...
Found this GORGEOUS blue, and that's gonna be the theme of the car. The good news is that the larger engine bay from the Si Civic means I can put a larger engine into it. My boss has an older LS2 laying around... might do something with that. I picked up my vehicle I'm gonna make into a missile... It's a bruised and battered, daily driven BMW e36. I'll post pics in a bit |

While i was waiting on the parts for the Subie...some Hoonage occurred...
Eventually the motor and exhaust upgrades came in and were installed... soon followed by more HOON BEHAVIOR....but like everything in the world, FUN WILL COME TO AN END! NOW I NEEDED....a new front bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, intercooler, radiator, and windshield {...ABOUT A MONTH LATER} Instead of just replacing parts we went ahead a popped for a facelift AFTER PRIME AND PAINT....AND OF COURSE A SUSPENSION UPGRADE I'M AT IT AGAIN... |

Ooohhh Devil, I love the Facelift on that subie, I have to say the '05 Impreza front end is definitely one of my faves!
Anyways, as I'm new in town and my dad sold his 350z, he's now in need of a cheap to run/cheap to purchase used motor, if anyone has got anything going please get in touch with me. Also, anyone who has some 19" x 13J stretched tyres please get in touch as will pay kindly for a like-new set of 4! Thanks, -Mike. |

I may have fibbed... The E36 isn't actually an E36, but an Ae86!! Still bruised and battered though. The odo says 367,177 miles... it's got the original engine, just a 16 valve 4A-GE, with a different intake... I guess its a cold air, but doesn't help the car AT ALL. The dyno says it's got 131 FLYWHEEL hp, which means roughly 115 at the wheels. I already have a full HKS overhaul kit ordered with one day shipping. I wanna get rid of those ugly rims. Any suggestions?
That venerable little engine (BTW Stance, welcome to the forums! ) |

# dxg1997 : I wanna get rid of those ugly rims. Any suggestions?I'd say to keep them, polish them up and stretch on some decent tyres. Welcome to the newcomer. Within the last 5 weeks, I did some work on the S13. I fixed my passenger's door hinge and changed the steering column as well as repaired the bumper slapped it back on. I also won a pair of SSR old school wheels at an auction for only $250USD COMPLETE with tyres I'm not sure if I'll keep the wheels but I just threw them onto the S13 to see how they'd look. End result= badass. 16x8.5 and my spacers give the S13 an aggressive old school look. Fixed up the bumper a bit and put it back on. That'll do. |

I'll also take shaforostov's suggestion and start over once more.
This is my old Plymouth Barracuda 340. It is in my family since my grandpa bought it new in 1970. It has its second engine now; The shaker is gone. The interior was always kept tidy and still looks good. My plans for it: A HEMI swap, better suspension and American Racing Rims. I want to make it into a street-legal dragster to hit the (drag)strip once in a while. |

So the rear door snapped in half, and the engine block was blown up. No wonder it was just the block...
So I got a Chrysler 318 Engine, and found some parts and tyres from an old Crown Vic Taxi. |

Finally I got my FD! I imported it from Uk, the delivery was really fast but it has big problems, first of all is accident on the right front part, gonna buy the missed parts and repair or replace the front right suspension. It has kinda cool brakes but some calipers arent on them. Engine is working, it is a RX-7 FD3s Spirit-R so for 4700£ it worth imo.
I replaced the old guy wheels and posted an announce on the web for sell them. I used a random steelies that I had in garage and now I'm preparing for repair the front arm. |

One week later: Swaped a 76m turbo in and did a little work on the suspension to handle the power. It makes around 800hp without juice and around 1200hp with it. Hope to see some of you guys driving around Valo. Nice RS4 STANCELOWLIFE, hope to see it in person sometime.

LMAO, gotta love it !
Progress, I have sold my wheels for 370$,cool. I received my parts and installed the hood, I bought new headlights and side mirrors too they were on sale on eBay. Can't wait for the quarterpanel and the front bumper with lip, I found the old license in the trunk but I'm gonna change it. I discovered that 13B run well , just changed the radiator cause was a bit damaged. |

Thought that I might as well show my daily driver. Fully built Alpha 12 GTR. It's on bags and had to widen the rear fenders to fit the rear wheels.

- The Next Day -
So last night I took my beloved Blackline for a couple pulls & digs down the Nevada highway, so proud of my bitch as she was able to reach just over 140mph until she ran out of road, so I pulled in the gas station... And to my surprise fuel out here is real frickin cheap! Upon finding that out I've been thinking about swapping the fuel line on the V6 for something that can handle a little more. Would like to get her to drink some 98 Octane, however given the age of this engine I don't wanna risk it.. Anyone got any recommendations as to what to do with the fuel system? I heard that switching to carbs may help increase raw power but not to sure? Anyways, for now I'm just cruising daily waiting for some info. Also dad needs a pickup for work and saw a little PT pickup on Valolist for $4500, not too sure whats wrong with it but I'd say it's a decent price? |

@stance: I would either put in a second fuel pump or replace the existing pump with a bigger one to increase fuel pressure. Then you need a ECU remapping to optimize the air/fuel ratio. Almost forgot: WELCOME TO 'MURICA!

Awesome rides Robustock & Stancelowlife
About my projects, I managed to get all the nice paintworks fixed! Sadly my brother's dark-red (before was cyan blue) was crashed so badly it's whole rear end was deformed. At least my brother is fine. He gave me parts which I could use for my RBE86 with Titan RB26 cylinder head with custom valve cover & custom camshafts. Bodyparts that I got is Trueno modified front-end with few stock Trueno parts (these were from my RBE86 chassis actually before it was swapped to Levin front-end). Today drifting on local track (no it's not Ebisu, but a very similar replica of it), first few circuits were good, but then managed to hit a wall. Looks like it's not a fucking good week for 86 rear-ends... I have no idea what I'm going to do with that rear-end now, car still moves fortunately. The day ended with watching GoPro footages & doing mad burnouts. My tire caught in a fire. |

I CANT find a working SR20 for slrr 2.2.1. All the ones I find just look like the standard I4, or don't appear at all in the catalog
Anyways, heres the engine, totally rebuilt, power is up from 133 to about 305. The car feels brand new now! Next part is probably going to be suspension, then the body. Full stats below pic I removed the driver side headlight so the engine can breathe better HKS crank TODA 16 valve pistons TODA cams SC12 supercharger Full TODA exhaust kit with cat and muffler delete Jun ultralightweight flywheel Exedy clutch Titanium reinforced driveshaft Cusco LSD HKS oil cooler HKS oil filter HKS belts and alternator TRD low resistance spark plug wires Apexi Air intake Koyorad Radiator All in all the overhaul costed about 5 grand |

Used the last of my money and bought a daily. Using the Cuda, out of the question, 87k orig miles. The Duramax doesn't get good enough gas mileage, the Levin is straight piped, and I got a ticked for driving it on the road. The Civic is still under wraps, and 90% ripped apart. So I picked up a decently used, decent condition MX5. You're not gonna see much of it cuz I'm gonna keep it stock. I'll take pics of the cars at my work for you guys. The Miata is fun in the snow, because winter tires and rear wheel drive... and, I'm now officially broke xD
(Using an NA8C because its the only Mazda 4 cylinder that works well) |
