So, I bought a donor Civic, so I can strip it's parts. All of them. If anyone needs EG6 Civic parts, just let me know
And now we get to my new project car! A Lotus Carlton. There's no rust on the chassis. The rust you see is just paintwork rust. And here it is with the suspension system and the seats and steering wheel from the Civic. I'll drop in the 2JZ from the Cadriftllac. Oh right, forgot to mention that. Before selling my old cars, I got the 2JZ off the Cadillac, and important stuff from other cars. Then I sold them. I will drop in the 2JZ in the Carlton, and about other stuff, I don't know yet. Added 15 minutes later: Aaaand it's in! Added 2 hours 4 minutes later: Installed a rollcage, and found a spare door :D! This will be a drift car. Still no exhaust though. Got a good deal on some Work VS-KF for the R33, so it will no longer have to stay on steelies! Had to buy some widening fenders for the rear because the rear wheels were kinda.. wide. I also got a new muffler because the old one magically.. err.. dissapeared.

Fiat parts arrived and we got them installed, primed and sent for paint.
I got the IVAA grill and headlights and Europa bumpers. I wanted to go Rally replica but those parts are hard to find! I really dig the color and I think the car came out nice. And here is a picture of its first trip out of the shop. Drives good and I expect it to last a while. Anyways remember that project one of my interns has? Well here is a sneak peek of it. I sold the AW11 and got me a new project. One of my dream cars. Details on that one soon. |

I@facepalm I'll come get em in the Duramax. I still got the 340 in the bed, snd that little 4 banger should fit there, and the Chassis WILL fit on the flat trailer. I wanna see how much weight the rear springs and socks can handle and still ride well.

Minor update-
Well, as ridiculous as my luck is, I damaged my rear bumper. I was coming around the last corner at the track sideways and I clipped the barrier, causing the bumper to fly off and split into 3 parts. Nothing that can't be ziptied. For now, I got my rattle can painted OEM bumper and a diffusor I bought off of a friend's RX7 for small cash. Not bad but I prefer my previous bumper. |

@dxg: Your Duramax sure has a lot of torque! Lovin' it! Strangely the guy who sold it to me said it was a HEMI cuda...
My initial plan for the 70 cuda was to put "it's" 340 back in and supercharge it, but unfortunately we didn't had a 340 lying around. But instead I found a 383 without the air intake: So I went to the parts store and bought a supercharger kit and a set of holley carbs: The 383 had a Torqueflite 3-Speed automatic attached to it and I went ahead to the dyno: It has 530hp now! |

Been working & drifting, working & drifting. After a lot of close-calls & scratches, my RBE86 looks awful with those scratches, dents & marks. I started to sand off the biggest problems, then a bit of bog(?) & sanding again, then some layers of paint & shit again.

It's been awhile since I've posted, so here's a little update. My garage burnt down and I lost all my cars expect for my shop truck. With the money from the insurance I bought a new garage. Then I sold my shop truck to find something that was easier on fuel. I then went down to a little shop called Import 25 and picked up a R32 GTS. Coprone can you give the name of those rims on your RBE86 or a link please.

I gave the Camaro to my dad since he always wanted a 70s Camaro. I sold the Legacy, because I already have a AWD car for winter. You can give old cars to my boss and we part them out. So a guy showed up with a red 1977 Pontiac Trans Am on a trailer. It sat around for years and the tires are cracked like hell (I was surprised that they are actually holding air) and the body is rusty underneath. He was like: "Do you buy this?" My boss knows that I like cars like that and we worked out a deal: Joe (My boss) took out the engine, the hood and the front and I got the rest for 800 bucks.
The Trans Am will be my new summer daily when it is done. Maybe I'll get a IROC Camaro and a Charger some day. You know, I'll have a nice little muscle car collection |

New parts arrived, along with the exhaust pipe :D! All in factory black colour! Also painted the spare door black to fit in. I'm still unsure about the cars future, I'm thinking of making it a rally car. What do you guys think?
Also found a rusty black trunk with a spoiler! As for the Escort, I bought a used LS3 for dirt cheap and fitted it in. |

# Facepalm : All in factory black colour! Lotus Omega is actually green. It has a shade of British racing green called Imperial Green, a very dark green that in anything but direct light appears black. |

So, I got the engine fitted into the S13, and got the bodywork for it... ITS FAST AS FUCK!!! 0-60 in 2.009, quarter mile in 7.9 @ 204 mph, for the first run ever that I've done on the car...
It does wheelies with no issue Just under 700 hp The result sheet from the drag strip Added 5 minutes later: Also, someone mentioned the Silverado was torquey, heres a pic to prove it Full out throttle maxed in 2nd gear, and look at that flex!! Added 7 minutes later: I also managed to snag the 440 parts for the Cuda, and installed them and sent the car off to paint while I worked on the S13. I got the car back, and just need to fit the engine now for it to be complete. I want to get slightly larger tires for the rear because they look REALLY puny. The color came out PERFECTLY, just how I wanted it to. {30 minutes later} So, took a bit of lifting to fit the engine, and the people who painted the car painted over the engine mounts, so we had to take the engine back out, sand down the mounts, clear the screw holes, and put the engine back in. Tried to start the car, and forgot about putting gas into the tank, so we were standing around, looking over the carbs, the fuel pump, water pump, all of it, and then someone looked at the gas gauge. it was a real OHHHHHH moment, because we spent 10 minutes trying to fix a perfectly fine car. Filled the tank, turned the starter and it went whirrrrrrrr VRUMMM bumbabumbabumbabumbabumba. Purred perfectly like a kitten. She's ready for the streets. I'll take Fred with me to get pics of her on the road. Added 34 minutes later: Wow, that Cuda is amazing... We took it out to the desert, and got some nice shots of it. I had her up to about 130 before I backed off. That was only in the top of 3rd gear, it still has one more whole gear, and it was pulling HARD. The desert was really hot today, so I was happy to have that A/C. The engine stayed at a perfect 100 degrees, constant for the entire time we were there. (Also, who's exited for the new SLR type game?) This post was edited by dxg1997 (2014-12-06 20:09, ago) |

From the money I got for the Legacy, I bought this 1993 GMC Sierra:
The Subaru is great for small stuff but the 383 was hard to fit in the trunk so I bought that crappy truck with a crappy V6 and swapped a not crappy LS3 crate motor in it. @dxg: If you thought your 305 was slow, you ain't see NOTHING XD That 262cui was dead slow. We have basically the same car now, exept mine is way more crappy. |

Probably going to turn it into a race car, but we will see what happens. |

I took delivery of the Civic (if you can even call it that...) and since I was restrained on the Cuda, I want to go crazy with this one... I want to complete it, and then show you guys. I have a pretty wicked idea what I want to do to it. It's might upwards of 3 rl days for me to post it...

I got this CRX for a good price, cause someone crashed in my LS3 S15 and it looks RICED! MY EYES! Well, it got a EJ20 Engine swap and it produces 209hp. I'm gonna make it a daily.
The first things I did were that I ripped the Spoiler and the Lip thingy. Plus I got some H&R Street Performance Shocks and Springs laying around, so I installed them. The car is too high for me, so I think I will change the Springs to 8.00 ones. This post was edited by David_2709 (2015-01-07 20:51, ago) |

Guys you made a big confusion in my head, everypost you sell a car and buy another one, ALWAYS!
My project: Some months after last modify, I decide to repaint the car because the yellow was kinda boring, plus I gave it a totally new fitment, hope da police dont broke my ass. Also I made the CCW all black, thinking to make the interior black too and maybe white indicators for the tailights, for now that's all. |

Yeah like I said before..you don't buy a car on day 1, build on day 2 and then complete it on day 3. Car builds take quite a while to complete..
You also don't buy a car, start a project and sell it within less than 24 hours. It just doesn't add up. Try to be realistic ffs. |
