You can stop by the shop in the morning, we open at 8:00 AM tomorrow. I'll have them off my car by 8:30 probably :))

(The tires that I use are the definitive tire pack, but I did the white kumho part on the tire in photoshop)

Sold my 350z!
Before that painted headligts black inside, and warped in matte blue. Now off to searching a new one.

# dxg1997 : So, I was bored today and didnt have much work to do in the shop, so I decided to finally put the Caterham together. I elected to remove the supercharger in place for ITB's because of, 1, gas milage, and 2 I like how they look and sound more. (secret 3, theres no supercharged Duratec floating around for slrr)

In true Caterham fashion, the car came as JUST a frame...

So, it was no problem fitting the suspension and wheels. Those Volks look sweet!!

The engine of course slotted right in, with absolutly no modification

The rest of the driveline came next. the transmission, driveshaft and differential went right in.

Next was cooling, exhaust and fuel tank.

Then seats, dash, and battery.

Tried to put body on but realized exhaust was in the way, so had to remove it to fit

Rest of body and exhaust back on. Nosecone, fenders, hood, lights

The dash

Engine with ITB's

Annnd then painted the most obnoxious color possible. I want to put anyone and everyones sticker onto it, so pm me a sticker, or post it here and I'll stick it on somewhere.

Where did you get the car from?

Today was a productive day for doing my own stuff.

I sold those temporary wheels off of my S13 for a new set that might stay for a little while. 17x10 SSR Professor SP1s

I put them on and then wound the coilovers down to the lowest possible setting, this is the result.

Incredibly low & stupid but I'm digging it.

Got a couple options today as well so I'm going to ask opinions and hope that I get a couple.

I've had bricks on the car ever since I first converted it, should I stick with brick lights (left side of pic) or go onto the Ks triple round projectors (right side of pic)

As well in the rear

I've had those OEM rear lights (Right of pic) but I'm wondering if I should switch to the ever popular red & whites. What do you guys think?

Lastly, coilovers came in and were installed on the 370 today

They're not maxed out, this is just a use able height.

Newcomer to Valo, just drove in last night with my trusty old JZX90.

Car runs a 2JZ-GE, all stock, did a 5 speed W58 trans swap from a JZA70. Once i get settled here in Valo, big plans for my car.

Hey guys. So my cousin works at this garage nearby and he's convinced the boss to let me use the garage whenever there's a free spot and there's no clients. So I drove over there to get the modding started.

I decided I'll keep the RHD to keep the car that bit more unique. Valo City is a right mixture of RHD and LHD cars anyways, surprised I haven't seen one that's both yet. The thing I wanted to do is remove the hideous Vauxhall badges and grill, and swap them for proper and cleaner Opel ones.

So I set off and took them all off, replacing them with some parts I took off a car in the scrapyard. Rolling out the garage I have to say it looks a lot nicer and cleaner, atleast to me. Any suggestions for engine swaps or something of that sort?

Is it a 1.6 Liter turbo in it? Cuz you could keep that engine and add few perfomance parts on it. An Hot Hatch doesn't need 500 bhp to be fun to drive.
Just add an ECU, An Intake, a new Intercooler, Downpipes, Exhaust System, New Suspension, Wheels and you will be fine.

@marcus: Welcome!
@Marty: Yeah, there are a lot of RHD cars here. I have a RHD Silvia S13 (like most of us here) that came straight from Japan. About the engine swap: Maybe a 4A-GE or a NA8C RWD conversion? Maybe even a Nissan engine?

It's an I4 of sorts. It's got a turbo on it and it's pushing something like 350 hp I think already, so it's quite powerful. With a few parts it'd be pulling like a train. Might just go to the garage and work on that in a bit.

Bit off-roleplay but thing is I'm currently using the game's stock I4 which looks shit and I want something more interesting under the hood. Could well 4A-GE it.

Roleplay restart because previous one was really boring.
Hello all, I'm Desmond, and I'm also a newcomer to Valo. I'd like to present you my car.

It's a Nissan Cefiro. I bought it from an old man for quite cheap. The car is in a banger condition, but I'm planning to fix that once I'm settled.
I am also well aware of the fallen exhaust pipe.
Currently, here are the problems I've encountered so far with this car. The more red the problem is, the more important it is:
  • Signal lights don't function
  • Rear suspension is collapsed and the ride is painful. It also damages the underside of the car and the rear bumper, and the tires are rubbing against the car sometimes.
  • Engine is in bad shape. Transmission is not functioning well. Sometimes, 3rd gear won't engage. A piston is broken, and sometimes the car won't start unless it's a jumpstart.
  • Exhaust pipe is scraping the ground
  • There's some bodywork damage, as well as banged panels
  • There are mispainted panels
  • Interior gadgets such as a speedometer and the RPM meter, don't function. I depend on hearing the revs in order to shift.
  • Plans for this car? Currently, it's a daily, but I'm hoping to keep it as a daily, with a few modifications here and there.
As far as a project car goes, I will start looking for one as soon as I settle down the problems this car has to offer.

Surprisingly it's legal. The exhaust isn't leaking or something, and it doesn't make a big polluting problem. I also taped it up so it won't scrape the ground, but it's temporary. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me fix the damn suspension and engine.

Yo, if anyone could help me out with a custom exhaust, it would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. The doesn't look completely fucked anymore, because I got new fenders! I picked them up for $42 each. The only thing I need to replace now is my side-skirts. I'm thinking of getting a turbo kit for the car, IDK what do you guys think?

Guys I appreciate all the volunteering. I'll come over by your shop as soon as possible!
So today all I did was remove the miscoloured parts, fix the exhaust (that one was a bit costly) and fix the electric components of the car. Meters work fine, and turn signals function. Suspension is still bad, engine still doesn't work properly and the ride is one hell of a workout.

Looks sick man, the S13 is definitely coming together.

I got my S13 back after 2 weeks of waiting and I must say those 2 weeks were DEFINITELY worth it. The engine is now rebuilt and runs around 380 to the wheels or so. My upgrades are:
    -CX Racing Intake manifold
    -600cc BOSCH injectors + rail
    -Garrett T04e
    -Tial 44mm Wastegate
    -BC 272 Cams
    -Cometic Gasket package
-Custom Downpipe (Runs back to my exhaust)
Stock bottom end for now but I just may upgrade the rings soon. On the contrary, the car pulls nice and there's minimal lag. Full boost hits at 4500RPM (1.75 Bar) which isn't so bad compared to what I was expecting. Check it out-

Coming soon are some pictures of the car getting sideways.

So, I decided to restart my roleplay, but in a totally different way to everything I've seen.

Hi guys, I'm Tyler. I'm Darren's son, and I'm posting here because it was one of his last wishes for me to carry on.

Dad was killed when a truck driver didn't see his Caterham, and pulled out to pass another vehicle. Dad swerved to miss, and ended up hitting the guardrail, losing speed. Then, he was rear ended by another semi, and pushed OVER the guardrail, tumbled, and was thrown from the car even though he had his seatbelt on. He died on impact. He taught me everything I know, mostly about transmissions and exhaust, but I only know a few things about engines. He was in the process of teaching me about them and I'm hoping you guys will continue that. I was left with his job, but Fred told me he's going to go easy on me, not like he went on Dad, sending most of the work his way. They sold off everything he had, because no-one in the family wanted anything. All but one vehicle. I loved the car enough that he left it to me in his will. Black, and purple, awd, flat four. He left his 2004 Subaru Impreza to me, and it's become my second vehicle. By the way, if anyone wants to know, the funeral will be in 4 days, in North Valo. He wanted to be cremated, and spread over the sea, and we're going to meet at The Cliff around 8 pm, so he can enjoy the sunset one more time.

I mentioned that the Subi has become my secondary, so, you may want to see the main daily. Shes a MK II JZX100. Windows are stuck down, no interior door panels (no clue where to get them ingame) and the wheels are ugly as sin, but I love the car. (also, the lights are fubar on it. any idea how to fix? please?) Shes got the stock 3.0 2JZ-GE, wish it was a turbo 1jz, but hey, what are ya gonna do? Enough talk, here's my ride.

Sad to hear about your father. He was a pretty good friend of mine, and I'll certainly be over there to his funeral. I'll be there in my Cefiro, hopefully it will be done by then.
(Nice way to restart an RP though. But whose Caterham is the one pictured?)
