I totally forgot the shadow for the trailer arm the first time I saved it xD It looked f*cked up lol. So I have this idea in my head for if/when I find a Blazer... I want to swap out the running gear and drivetrain for brand new ZL1 Camaro parts... Make it handle well with the mag shocks, plenty of power from the supercharged LS3. Just an idea though

Found the rear tail light on a beaten up supra in the yard, but these parts were rare so I went over to the camden docks and i brought some parts back, i took the seats out of the 22B Subaru, and then I installed them in, now I just have to install the suspension and i'm finished for the day.

I'm so excited... I've never been to DVAP, and when I told my fiance I was going she said she had a bad feeling about the trip. I'm taking a reliable truck, with a good friend, there won't be snow, and I can't see whats wrong! By the way Tom, that diner was the BOMB. The waffles were excellent.

It's been a long time since you last heard about my babies. So here's the X12 COMPLETED! In body and engine terms...
Le engine :3 And here's the secret car I've been talking about! It's a CR-X Del Sol! Got it for dirt cheap at $900. It came without headlights, side windows and other stuff like a proper engine... Poor thing was neglected, and had a 4A-GE dropped on it. I don't know what I'll do with this car. First thing's first though, I'll have to find a Honda engine for it. What engines do you recommend? (B16 and K24 engines randomly crash my game when I try to install them. Any help guys?) |

So i just finished dropping the engine it and painted the car too. The 2JZ was not that hard to find, the ball bearing turbo was on my parts shelf, and i decided it would fit, so i installed everything, and took it to the dyno, ran 1400HP, no spray, going to go take it to track day tomorrow, i'll post more info on the car later.

[few days leter] Well, we made it... This place is HUGE! Abandoned in the back corner I found a K5 with some rust. It says "LUV DIP" on the side of it in white spraypaint... The poor thing has just sat here for nearly 20 years, after some redneck just left it there... I paid them $3500 and now I own it. It has one tire that I actually have to take off just to fit in the trailer, and is missing entire wheels on the other parts. Gonna look around some more and see if I can find some generic steel wheels and shit tires so I don't ruin the inside of the trailer...

When I eventually found Tom, he was standing next to a Delorean! xD I bought it for him and put it in the trailer. Was only $1500! Gonna start heading back soon... Gonna look around for some parts for the vehicles... The tiny steel wheels on the K5 make that sucker SHORT!

@Ey papa, its a great engine to use, plenty of torque and power from just a few upgrades! I would recommend to use that engine if it pleases you.

I was actually surprised at how well the Silverado pulled both cars. Remember the Civic? His face was hilarous when i gunned it and outran him xDD all I heard was something along the lines of ''We have to remember the past so we can fix the future!'' Or something like that xD
Added 3 minutes later: While sitting in Algebra 2 irl, I has an idea... you could plate the Delorean in brass and then give it a brushed finish, then clear coat it! How cool would that be?? Posting this from my phone lol |

Oh, hai. I've been slaying so many tires... I still have my 240SX & C10, but nothing else. C10 is still kept stock, only changed filters & fluids in that V8 truck. I don't want it to get slammed & un-useful like most of my cars have been, it's a truck & truck stays truck.
Now about the "un-useful slammed drift car", the 240SX. I upgraded the plenum & most of the head components. It's a big list what I've done to this car, so I'll create list of it: |

I got used headlights, windows and a spoiler for the CR-X for $406
I also traded the 4A-GE for something that has "Honda" written all over it. A Honda K24 engine. I took the car out for a test drive. Gotta say, I love the sound the engine makes, and the way the whole car drives. |

I've enjoyed owning my Scion tC and it has served me well as a daily driver, but I need something much more to my roots. I've always been a Nissan guy and so I found a deal I couldn't turn down. Goodbye, tC, Hello new Daily Driver.
Going to keep this car very simple. It is a fresh import from Japan with just over 100K Kilometers on the clock, non smokers car, only mods done to it are exhaust and some maintenance mods like new spark plugs, air filter, etc. SR20DET. |

>barn find of a Porsche with an engine on it
>150$ Really, I don't know what I expected. On related news, I picked up the Mugen cover and the Spoon exhaust for my CR-X from Ey papa and installed them. Oolalah! (I KNOW IT'S NOT A SPOON MUFFLER, LIVE WITH IT!) You may be wondering what is that GT-86 doing in my garage, and where is the X12. I traded the X12 for a Toyota GT-86. I had to admit, I got quite bored of that car. Plus, not only I got the car, I also got me some extra money! $8.000 is quite a bonus. I always wanted a GT-86 anyway. And small update on the Lexus: Got new suspension system and raised the ride height. It was way too low and uncomfortable. Now my garage is filled with cars and I don't know what to sell. The BNR32 is not leaving any day soon, neither is the Charger. Which car would you guys sell from the following?: 1. Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 (Registered Race car) 2. Dodge Charger Daytona (Registered Race car) 3. Honda CR-X Del Sol (Undecided) 4. Lexus GS300 (Daily Driver) 5. Subaru BRZ (Undecided) |

SO, got the K5 and Tom home safely... This things gonna need alot of work.
SO, I stripped off all the parts I could. The windshield is stuck, and I was afraid of breaking it. Those things are rare! Then I spent wayy too long working on the rust. I should have sent it to a bodyshop, but whatever. Then I primered it. Tom, you remember the call I made on the way back? When I was on the phone for about an hour? Well here's why. I had one of the interns order an LS9 ZL1 Engine. I got to the garage and it was there in a crate. Perfect! So, I test fitted it, and it fits like a glove! The truck is currently at Gregs, and the engine is just sitting here in my shop. Current total price! Truck: $3,500 Parts from DVAP: $500 (bed cover, hood not mentioned above, but same deal primered and such) Engine: $26,009 Because it's brand new, 0 miles right from Detroit. Also, I ordered 1 day shipping. (http://www.chevrolet.com/performance/crate-engines/ls9.html) Suspension: $15,000 Had to be custom made to support the weight, but its the same specs as a ZL1 camaro. Other parts (doors and such): $1,000 Paint: $5,000 (Inferno Orange Metallic Real Camaro color) --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total: $51,009 Thinking of buying a brand new ZL1 and slapping offroad suspension onto it and making it a K5 Camaro... matching pair maybe? I have wayy too much money left lol. The GNX last year was actually $100,000 all said. Or I could ask for a payment advance and get a new Japanese sports car like a MX5, RX8, S15, BRZ, FRS, GT86, or maybe a 370Z... Added 22 minutes later: So, literally as I posted it, the Sonoma arrived. The color is absolutely flawless! This post was edited by dxg1997 (2015-03-03 02:46, ago) |

I managed to dig up a bumper and fenders for the Lancer; Was a quick job: Here is the DMC-12; Frame is a bit rusty but nothing too bad. I want to shove a Fiero V6 in there; Only problem is the tranny. |

I just got the BRZ, but forgot to take it off the list. It's not going. In fact, I was contacted by a former race car driver who drove a Charger Daytona in his active years, and said he was interested in mine. He is willing to give me $50.000 for it, enough to turn the CR-X into a drag car.
