is there any drift mod available for the community? I've seen alot of videos with nice drift physics but I can't seem to find a drift mod.

here are some examples:

Martin Bennet and DRIFTjaab (wolves of valo) mods are vip at the moment (dunno if they're thinking on a release).

You could try THIS for a better handling physics. Or again just wait til BB93 release his SLRR.

Damn I did try the custom handling physics but they're not that great for drift, I guess I'll just wait till BB93 releases his slrr.

So you're telling me that the Handling Physics aren't good enough. Maybe cause they were invented for racing AND drifting. And they are 100% better than the stock ones.

Currently using Simcade's physics, with a bit edited by me.
Some examples of of drifting with it you can see here *LINK*

I use them for grip racing which work perfect but for drifting I don't get that smooth feeling no offense

see how you even pull those smooth drifts? My shit feels like rock

It really depends on how you set up your car like you can adjust your transmission to 100%-0% (FWD) OR 50%-50% (AWD) OR 0%-100% (RWD) OR even in between 50%-100% will do good so you have a bit of front wheel support and most of the rear wheel doing the work, a bit realistic, and if you have steering help turned all the way up OR sometimes a little bit of traction control will help for a smoother drift.

Hope that helps you :)

And also one more thing, setting up ride height and stiffness with adjustable suspension will also help. Fiddle around with the stiffness, see what suits you best. I suggest anything in between 4000 n/m/s to 6000 n/m/s will be fine :)

if you want smoother drifting, edit fric_mul and slic_mul in tyre.java
