SLRR Stage 1 by Diego is absolutely the best version released till now(you can find it in our downoad area), obviously it will need car mods(since has most of hd maps installed already)

plus 1 to jc stage1 is a good stable version to build upon there is no point in getting some pre messed up version its always best to start it fresh get it how you like it and save a backup before you make it crash like hell eventually u will find a set up that crashes less often and runs better, but thats my two cents
