Hey guys its been awhile im sorry I was dealing with AP exams and graduation in like a week. A lot of progress has happened on the s13:
1) the engine is in! sr20det blacktop. came modified from japan. improved intercooler and external BOV. stock tune still. 2) Interior is near complete. The gauges for oil pressure, boost and oil temperature I got on sale from Import Image racing. all AEM products. The recaro ordered ended up never getting here, so after a hearty refund U got these Brides at a discounted rate because they are "defective" just some stitching flaws but nothing major. hydro brake is from Enjuku Racing. and finally, the wheel is a quick release from Driftworks. its basically a Nardi with their name on it. Annnd that's it for now. I have a bolt in roll cage on the way and some kouki 180sx taillights shipping from japan. plus I am going to the local pull apart to see if I can find some of my missing panels. if anyone has a deal on the missing exterior pieces let me know maybe we can work something out |

Quick update/ introduction to my new build. Don't really feel like doing a big write up like I usually do so I'm just going to cover the basics in case anyone actually is interested.
Few weeks ago my new car arrived at my shop from the docks. The story for obtaining this car isn't as simple as me going online and buying it. I actually know a guy living in Japan currently who works in importing and exporting cars over there. He's my go to guy on parts and halfcuts. I was talking to him one night about parting out the 240SX, probably a couple months back. He said no, don't do that, sell it to me I know plenty of guys over here who would love a 240SX. He asked around and found a buyer for me but things got delayed for a little while and so a month ago I asked whether I should part out the S13 or buy a new car. The answer was solved for me when a guy over in Japan said that he'd trade me the 240SX for this JZX100 Mark II he had. It was formerly a drift car and it used to have stock a 1JZGE that he put some money into. He blew that engine and took it out, then the car just sat in his shop for about 2 years. He sent me a couple pictures and I told him we had a deal. It took just over 2 weeks for this car to get to me, but that was 2 weeks ago. Since then I've put in some work. First thing's first. 2JZ goes in. This is the 2JZ from the S13, so already this car is making 800 on low boost, easy. The wiring and mounting didn't take too long, I just needed to go find a couple parts from the 2JZ version of this car to get the engine where and how it needed to be. The exhaust system was then done and fitted with a nice 3" tip on the back for loud 2JZ noises. The car came with some great suspension work already done to it. The inside was already rocking a hydro handbrake too. The next thing to come is appearance. I'll just skip right to the final product. Once again I looked to Japan as it's near impossible to come across parts for this car here in Valo. First I ordered areo/body parts in the form of someone who had these custom never used wide fenders and overfenders for the car. He also threw in this front bumper that he no longer was using. I actually don't know what brand this is, at first I thought it was Origin Labs but it's not. Anyone know? I immediately went to my friends at Work Wheels for the amazing 18x10 all around VSXX's and Kumho for some of my favourite tires that I've used on almost all of my cars. After I got all my parts to my door step and then fitted, I dropped the car on it's ass and did an alignment. I still needed 55mm spacers in the front to get the wheels up with the fender, as well as 35mm in the rear. This car is nowhere near complete. It still needs lots of work, including paint and fine tuning. More to come when I have the time. |

It's called "JDM Union" in Southern Valo. 89 Leaf street. The engine's going for $1500 just tell them Henry sent you and you'll get it for $1200. It's stock with a RWD 5 Speed. |

I've brought her back to life;
After the livery wrap came off, this is how she looked (Minus the new parts.) Vertex front + rear bumper are installed for a new look, my old VS KFs have made a come back, and you may be able to see something new in the engine bay. Yes, I have a few crazy cars. I tried to bring myself to sell her and I just couldn't do it. I'm not low on funds and I did what I wanted. We'll see where it goes, she may not see a lot of track time though. |

Soo Ive been feeling like getting a big body luxury car to gallivant around town with, so when I met this guy on StanceWorks selling his skyline in the North Valo area, I just had to make that drive. He loved my evo and after testing each others cars for a bit and chatting up a storm, we swapped cars and now I am a pround owner of a 370gt!
She is bone stock with the ultra rare 6-speed manual transmission standard. unfortunately, this isn't the upgraded package with brembo brakes, but eventually we will change that (; I traded the evo as is, so now it I have a completely blank canvas with new parts to order and new boundaries to push |

I went and picked up the 4A-GE Blacktop, all the needed wiring + ECU and the RWD tranny. The whole package for 1200$, Thanks Haku!
Kinda reminds me of a song I heard in the radio: "You're from the 70's but I'm a 90's bitch" XD The Car is from '77 and the engine from the early 90's. Things I will do: -ITB the engine -New, more powerful fuel pump -Driveshaft needs to be fitted length-wise and balanced (Maybe Fred could do this @dxg? ) -New suspension, because the old one is worn and probably won't handle all the power. Same with the brakes -De-rust the whole car + respray -Street-Legal exhaust system; Want to try and make one myself with the help from dxg -Replace the busted windows -Get the lights, grille and hood -New seats + rollcage -Watanabe rims |

So, news on the Minto also. I was swapping out the gears in the rear diff, and I had the garage door open because its so hot. I was putting in my new 31 splines, when this guy comes up, and asks me what I'm doing. So I told him. He seemed really excited about it, and we got to talking. Well, turns out he likes both Pinto's, and Mustangs, and my fusion of both is perfect. He told me his son (hes around 50) is some tycoon in hotels or something, and had bought him a Caterham Seven 620R, and it was shipped in pieces. He knew nothing about the car, and was wondering if I'd be willing to trade the Minto, as is, for the uncompleted Caterham. All the parts are there, untouched, and never used. Apparently the car is top of the line for street legal Caterhams, and even has a hood cutout for the ITB's on the Ford Cosworth 4 cylinder. Should I go for it guys?

So, I actually went ahead and made the trade, so I now own a Caterham 650R! Found out that the son actually had a full set of Volk GT-P wheels sent with the car! The dad is sending the car over by truck, and once I recieve it, I'll be shipping him the Minto.

Got my windows and Taillights tinted for $200 today. Not the best deal, but it is quality work for my money so I am happy. I ordered a set of coilovers today. Gonna go H&R ultra Lows with custom spring rates 30k up front and 28k in the rear. Probably gonna go to the body shop soon, I've got a plan for vip style fitment Tails lit and off: |
