# Facepalm : @Daniel What's so unrealistic about my posts? :(

When you build a 2JZ Drift Fleetwood, Esprit with massive wheels and 6 pipes sticking out where the taillights are suppose to be, and magically restored or still used a Crown Vic that was nothing but rust, you kinda need to have a look at your own builds instead of telling others to be realistic. :)

The 2JZ Fleetwood and the Esprit are gone, and I didn't say the Crown Vic is restored ;)

Back on topic-
Well, i was about to install the LS3 after a once over, with new gaskets and rings, then i got the idea, what about turbo 302?
Expect results shortly, as i have a 302 in-shop now.
Also, new possible project.
*Update*
Well, The 302 is out of a 1990 FoxBody, the motor needs rebuilt before i romp on it, but it's in..not much room between heads and strut towers though. I ordered heads for a turbo, I also ordered a new short block complete with internals.

I think this build's gonna last.

Welp The Porsche got here all ready to go for a Drift Spec setup...

The owners didn't limit us to any kind of budget and they provided most of the parts. Only thing left to do is STRIP! We started with the interior...

Then on to the body panels, wheels, engine, suspension, ect...

To Be Continued...

I bought a Camaro! This is some sort of barn find, quite rusty. This needs some serious care, but I already love it! It takes burnouts great & even can drift lawl. I love that pure american V8 machine.
When I bought it, on the same trip I already bought stock rims of that with new tyres.

Well..I decided not to go with a turbo, so i sold the kit for a slight profit to my buddy, he thinks his junk yard built 302 Mustang is going to hold.

I may have to buy one..

Some bitch ass nigga stole my cars, and left only the MR-2, the Ram, the Soarer and the Arosa on my garage. The Rusty PoS broke when I tried to sit on it. Yeah, there was a hole bigger than an ass hole, and then the chassis snapped and the parts fell off. Well, most of them. Straight to the Junkyard! I decided to give the Ram to the car rental dealership that I bought the Arosa from. They were more than happy to accept it. So now I'm left with "The Inverted Bitch", the MR-2 and the Soarer.

No need to, I found it on my backyard.

I've got only one question: Where'd I put the engine?
Also, I found fenders, and I painted the bumpers. Something tells me the Soarer won't live for a long time...

Remember the new project car i hinted at? Weeeeeell i got it.
He said something about it not hooking, and something about bigger tires. He sold me the car with new slicks though!
Anyway, it's a roller, so all i have to do is drop a motor in it, tune it, make sure shit is tight and go to the strip, or the streets.

And the wonderful Hypermax drag coils, and a street anti-sway bar.

*pretend the shit is actually hooked up*

My buddy convinced me to sell the shortblock i got in, i'm pretty sure he wanted the stroker kit out of it.
But, i did find a F250 for parts in my local neighborhood, the owner was telling me everything done to it.

A Cobra 65mm TB
Compcams mind cam
GT40 intake
BBK Short tube headers
347 Eagle stroker kit
Stock 302 fuel rails with Ford Racing 42 lb injectors
Light weight flywheel
Hi-Po water pump
Mild street tune

I ordered a MSD distributor for it, and i picked up a T5 trans and a stage 3 clutch on my way back to the shop. All for trans, motor and computers with harness, i paid about 1500 bucks, paid 250 at a local shop for mounts, and i paid 300 for the MSD with shipping.

And it sounds wonderful..I can't wait for a track day with it. And if it does well, i'll have to build a similar motor for the Volvo.

xDDD a $20k twin turbo racing engine, poof! xD This is becoming a mystery! Also, @Camarofan Fred is parting out an F350 Powerstroke., and he's still got most of the engine. Turbo and all. I could put in a good word for ya and prolly get the price down to about $300 for what's left. Think it needs an oil pan, and the right cylinder head cover.

V8? Not really lookin' for a diesel.
I may buy a 351W from Ford, have it bored out to a 454, and run sleeves for a 427.

The turbo, no probs, if i wanted it, i could use it. I don't have much room for a turbo ATM, unless i go with a precision twin turbo set up.
If only the Volvo had the room..

Well. I just bought a 92 Silverado, regular box, single cab, it has a set of after market rims, still factory height, and rust free! My shitty truck went to the scrap yard, and with the money, and the remainder of my savings i got the Silverado
Pics coming.

Ruh Roh... I MAY have put the Ford engine into my Volvo... Not sure :innocent:

Added 55 minutes later:

So, since the engine is a 6.4, its a twin turbo... The previous owner installen new heads, and for some reason, installed some cheap Garrett knockoff turbos. I got the engine fitted, had to remove some bodywork, but it seems to fit OKAY for now. Since the turbos are at the front, there's quite a bit more room on the sides (see pic). It's strange to see a V8 in a Volvo wagon. Now I gotta try to get a hood to fit over all that! Heading out in the twin turbo drag wagon thing (Impreza) to get a head cover and oil pan...

Pretty good fitment!

COPY CAT! Except i have to run N/A because of no room, at all. I got to keep power steering though!
I'm kind of tired of the S14, i took it out on a track day, and it did well. Every dollar, every memory, every moment, it's been fun. I may just set her in a corner if i can't find the mojo to try a new venture with 'er.
Anyway, here's the truck. 5-speed manual, 4.3 V6, 4wd(doesn't mean lows won't happen) and some nice aftermarket rims, a nice topper, a hood that may or may not be useful, and best of all, bench seat!

I used to have one of those trucks... Sorta saved my life... Get a roll cage before anything else xP Idk what I'm gonna do with my ancient (now) FrankenLevin. She's just sitting in the corner, hoping the snow dissappears. *sigh* I miss driving it, but they use WAYYYY too much salt on the streets of Valo, and thats a nono for an old Toyota.

Just gonna use it as a daily, maybe lower it a couple inches. I had the thought of adding a turbo, but i'm not set on the idea.
And that's why i don't live in Valo, lol. They use way too much chemical too, that's a nono for everything.

I'd like a track car, but i'm not sure if i want to gut the S.
I may..

are you running a aftermarket block or do you want nothing left of the block when your done
id just bored it to 380 maybe 400 but there would be no cyl walls left after a 454 bore

@Stoned-Bore and stroke are what turn it into x-cubic inch, it's also what the kit has.
As for the motor

What's up......

Now that everything we needed to be off the car was off. Now it's time to install the new stuff and modify what needs to be modded. First we replaced the factory sub-frame with the RSR Cup Car version to add strength and added in the RSR GT3 uprights in the front and rear to lower the car without screwing up the geometry.

We also modified the steering rack for more increased angle as well as moved it forward a bit. We ditched the stock suspension components and went with a custom Tein Drift Spec Sideways Master set up...

After that was brakes. We are installing Brembo 4 piston up front and Brembo 6 pistons in the rear. (Owner decided not to go with the dual 4 piston set-up we originally discussed)

We then finished up the day with the wheel and tire installation. 18 inch Rotiform SJC'S front and rear wrapped with Nitto's "Secret Compound" NeoGen Tires.

MORE TOMORROW...

Recently bought a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. It's a roller bought the previous owner put some work into the suspension before his wife said he had to get rid of it (she thought was spending time in the wrong room, if ya know what I mean ;).) Has Skunk2 shocks all the way around with H&R ultra low springs. I'm thinking maybe build it into a drag car as I have some Weld Alumastars already wrapped with from firestone slicks 15x11 laying around.

(Would have taken more pics but school got in the way)

@ijdevil I would reccomend putting the 6 pjston calipers up front, and the 4 pistons in rear. Simple physics implies that as the vehicle slows down, more weight is put on the front wheels, and they need more work to slow down. Just an idea! :-)

Owners of the vehicle requested the setup like that. I guess because the weight is biased to the rear (rear engine) so no need to "nosedive brake" to lighten the back of the car to initiate the drift....just swing the weight of the car. I prefer 6 Piston front and rear with the proportioning valve removed. I also recommended they use dual calipers in the rear to separate the foot brake from the "emergency" brake. People with money....can't tell'em shit! HAHAHA
