~~~~~~~~~~~~~{!!Please note!!}~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I need say to something, I'm sorry I have to reset whole rp because my old PC being asshole, and I lost save files and mods, and please be aware my English are NOT my first language because I'm deaf. I'm British, not Japanese. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~{Roleplay time.}~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yo, my name is Kenji (It Japanese name, because why not?), I am 26 years old and I grew up in Tokyo and I'm living at Osaka, Japan. I recent bought cheap 1998 Nissan Silvia "Kouki" (S14), I paid 500,000 YEN because front end and rear bumper need re-spray and worst is, low oil pressure light are on, seller willing paid tow cost so I don't have to paid it. Here list that S14 have mods; SR20DET engine from S15. EBay cheap exhaust (They are rusty and sound awful). Zenki front end swapped. Here my friend (he is lazy to take photo perfect...) take snap while I'm burnout, I'm so idiot doing burnout on public road and low oil pressure light on. Luckly I don't blew up SR20DET. DO NOT try it! Low oil pressure light on could be dodgy sensor OR broken oil pump. I really don't want to kept writing. Wallet [2,207,660 YEN - 20000V$] S14 ~ 500,000 YEN Total leftover ~ 1,707,660 YEN - 15,449 V$ |
I check voltage on oil pressure sensor using voltmeter, it telling me it not working well. I replace it with new part from my friend, he accident order 2 instead 1, lucky he was kind to give me for free. Front end and rear bumper at paint shop. Oh yea, I replace two tyres on rear, they're gone. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~{White Knight}~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My mind popping out idea to name my S14 as White Knight, and I'm waiting new number plate arrive. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~{Bumble Bee}~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I bought 1983 Toyota Levin coupe version from car show, it was for sale. I was drooling it, and I'm ask seller nicely if I could take test drive after show and he agree it. He already warn me about brake are bit poor, I take drive around block, damn all bone stock 4AGE engine sound really nice. He told me, that engine have done re-build bottom to top and re-spray was 6 months ago. Original colour was red but he like yellow more. His sale price are 650,000 YEN but some people want buy it, then we agree to bid it, after bids later, I won for 775,000 YEN. That AE86 have modified was lighter bonnet with pin. I'm name that car as Bumble Bee, it yellow and black. Anyway, I thinking I'm fix and upgrade brake and change wheels also this car now main daily because it legal on the road if I repair the brake. Here list problem that I investigation poor performance brake; - One caliper on rear have small leaking. - Front discs are low same as brake pad. - Master cylinder has leaking. To more daily friendly, the brake need repair or I willing crash into dumpster truck without brake. I replace all brake with Wilwood brake kit design fit for 14 inch rim, they are not very powerful braking, only like small improve brake power also I flush old brake fluid out of brake system then I topping up with fresh brake fluid. I replace all shock and spring to HKS Hipermax III Sport coilover to lower little bit and better handle around the corner then I re-fit used but it near new Work Equip 03. I have funny feeling, I need push bit more power, air intake was replace to HKS with pipe, TODA fully exhuast system and camshaft was upgrade by TODA. I think I made 20-40 BHP improved. I must be I spent rough about 200,000 Yen, which mean 1790 V$ for parts. I think it worth it. Stay tune, other parts should be here but it late arrive. Still waiting reg for S14... All parts, I think, should be salvageable. Only a re-shell is needed. Though the suspension may have of been destroyed. Any parts for sale, or are we going for a straight re-shell.
It's so unfortunate, but at least you weren't in the car when it collided. If you're going for a different chassis when re-shelling, what parts are for sale? |
Anyway, sad news I cannot sell SR20DET engine, S14 are written off with NO sold as part. I'm still argue them, I only need sell SR20DET it or I take SR20DET out and put on AE86 Levin . Having SR20 running on AE86, it mean I need larger wheels and brake system plus down-force too HOWEVER it likely I sell it than swapping. I have question guys, I should buy 20 valves head (aka black top) swap? Just quick telling about black top, intake and exhuast from blue top should be same design on black top, they are only one extra valve per cylinder. If I chosen black top head swap, it mean I won't swap SR20DET. |
It seems like a good swap, also on the note of swaps, what can you sell the SR for, as I'm stuck in the UK and SR motors seem to be a good swap for any junk I'll buy. As it'll probably be missing an engine, and pretty much anything else.
