Thanks for the advice, right now I just found an MX-5 Miata on Cragslist for V$2900, all stock, except the previous owner engine swapped it with a NA8C engine. I might try to make him talk down the price. Here is the picture:
 It's pretty sweet, I'm going to see if my mate can drive me to the place in an hour or so. Added 41 minutes later: Alright, my mate got off of work 20 minutes ago so he picked me up. When we got to the sellers house, I noticed something cool about the engine: It came with an HKS air filter, which is a nice little addition. We talked the seller down to 2500 for the car and bought it. I'm ordering a supercharger for the car, which costs V$2488, so that should come in in a few days, expect more from me this week. Added 56 minutes later: Alright, I know I'm posting this really soon, but I just posted up my miata for sale, see if I can make any profit. If it does sell, I will make V$1000 profit, and I will try to make a S15 or something.
