# Lagano : That was a steal! You should get arrested for this. :)) Looks like it's in good condition, what are you planning to do with it?
As of right now, my only plans are fixing it up a bit.

Today I took the Camaro in to have the windshield replaced for V$200, which isn't a big deal.

What is a big deal are the handling characteristics. This car didn't handle very good new, but just try and imagine what it's like trying to wheel this thing down a windy road, with 31 year old suspension components. You can really feel the weight of the car, pulling you into the wrong lane, which happened earlier today. I can enduce oversteer by braking, weight transfer or lifting my foot off the loud pedal, but I don't think the motor has enough power after all these years to push the car back into line.

If I were to experiment with oversteer again, It would likely just play out with the back end stepping out too far, not being able to countersteer far enough and punching a hole in the guardrail. Also, I'm taking it into a Camaro specialist on Friday to have the exhaust flange and transmission oil pan gasket replaced, it should run me about V$150, most of that is for labour, but, it's worth it. Everything the guy I bought it from needed to have done will be done.
