Today when i drove home from work(from now i work at weekends too, i know nobody here for now, and the V$415 paycheck worth it), i bumped into Mike(the guy who bought my borbets). He was at the side of the highway, so it wasn't hard to spot him. He had a broken fuel pump, so i offered him a tow back to his garage. I am now used to my bad shifting gearbox, so when the gearbox fault light come up(and the getriebe notprogram message ), i was really surprised, but we made to the garage in one piece, and after a restart the error gone(maybe the gearbox oil heated up).
The Benz with the Benz rim. At his garage i helped him changing the fuel pump, and while we were searching for a replacement pump, i bumped into some really interesting stuff. Mike told me he had a small business importing parts for english cars, and the stuff i bumped into are from those times. Anyway, we did not find a working pump, so i lend him the 3'er as long as he could repair the S. In exchange he offered me the parts we found earlier, and i could not say no to them. Over and above he promised to look after if he could find any interesting part for me. Back at his garage I did not want a new project this soon, especially when my 740s gearbox is failing soon, and my 320s struts are started to burst, but anyone knowing a chevrolet omega for sale in CA? :D. I found the closest one in Brazil...or i'm looking for someone who could import one from Brazil. |
