Today we did some service to some customers' cars. The Silvia was also in the garage, there wasn't much space, so i did some work on the Mazda outside! It was a nice day, and it's good to work in the fresh air. I took out the springs and cut them just a little bit. #cutspringslife I could have thought of this when i changed the suspension arms. Well, it's weekend and i have more than enough time to do anything.
There's not much difference, but i didn't want to lower it too much, i don't want it to stand out too much. I also got the license plates! I asked for them yesterday, the DMV responded very quickly. When i fitted the springs and license plates, i went for a drive around my hometown, it drives very well, only the suspension is too hard, i think, maybe this is also because of the cut springs. And the exhaust tip is missing, so it's louder than it should be. I lowered the Mazda, but i'll do the opposite for the Silvia, cause it's too low. It looks good that way, but it's a little too low to drive without problems. |
