Okay, so last night I decided to make a bit of clean up. I removed both the rear and the front bumpers, and then with the help of a mate and my girlfriend, we managed to pull out the old motor.

It's looking much more tidy, and I feel like it's time to relive this pony, but this time with a Japanese heart. I'm looking to buy either a 1JZ or a 2JZ, but I'm open to just about anything. My mate owns a machine shop, and would help me build any mounts for the motor, so in theory, I should be able to fit a variety of motors into this. If anyone has a motor they will no longer need, pleeeaaase let me know, I'll shoot an offer! Also thinking about getting it painted, but I'm not sure yet.. Might plastidip it, we'll see.

As far as costs go, I started out with v$20,000. Car itself was 6grand (That's the best part of buying a "totaled" car that is actually fixable LOL). That means I got v$14k left over, so my budget is acceptable at best.

Aside from an engine, I'm also looking into buying a daily. Doesn't have to be ultra dank or anything, literally anything to get me to work will do! If any of you have a car for sale, please do let me know! :)
