Hey! I'm sorta new to this whole thing, so it might not be the best thread ever for now.. I've just recently moved from Essex, UK over to the golden state - Oakland, CA to be precise... I've been a fan of cars since I was a child, and grew up around them... I've wanted to move to the US to taste the scene since I was about 16. From the amount I've saved from working in the UK, I've got $20,000 to start off here with.. With me staying in one of the more glamorous cities in Cali, I've rented a place for $600 a month.
I've got to find a car soon though. I love JDM cars, along with older style Bimmers, and other Eurotrash  I'm not a fan of 'murican muscle, but I don't really hate on them, and I try to be as un-rice as possible.  I've got some pretty funny/radical ideas on what I wanna do with my car(s), some people may love them, some might not. Only time will tell  I've got to ACTUALLY GET A CAR first before I get ahead of myself though...I kinda want something small and fun to ruin... Something like a Miata or a 'Del Slow'. But I'll pretty much take what I can get right now tbh haha, I just want to get on the road really, so if you've got anything for sale for around idk.. 5k? (I'm not sure what that will get me tbh, so it might be more...) Give me a shout! But yeah, that's about it for now, anyone around Cali on here? Would be cool to know who's local since I know noone.
